We had Blaine come in to do our estimate and he was so quick and easy to talk to! Showed us more than one option we can pick from. The prices were right in our budget. He was able to get our ac unit installed within the next week! Then chance and his team did the installation and was very respectful with everything in our home. Super excited to finally have a cool home this summer and couldn’t thank this company enough with there amazing team

Amazing experience!! From the start it was an easy process. Blaine did a great job doing the estimate explaining everything so I understood what I was getting, why I needed it and why I didn't want the things I didn't need. Install time was great. 8 days from accepting the estimate to installation. Chance and his team did an extremely good job getting everything installed and didn't mind me being a helicopter homeowner!!! Highly recommend this company and strongly suggest going through Costco to get the benefits that are offered.

Blaine came on a Monday to provide an estimate. All the paperwork was completed online and the team came out on Friday of the same week for the installation of my new HVAC system. They explained everything to me afterwards in including maintenance. The quality of their work was excellent. The install just looks amazing. I bought a furnace and AC with Cooper recently and I had a pressure switch go out in my furnace. They had a technician at my house within 30 minutes of me calling. Dion Duran was the tech and he was polite and able to diagnose the problem and took the time to explain it to me and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Cooper to any friends.

I used Cooper when I lived in Westminster and I use them here in the Springs. I just needed routine maintenance but someone came out the same day I called. He was professional and friendly and made sure everything was workout properly. I trust Cooper and will always use their services!

We initially called because our system wasn't running up to par. We thought we might need a new system but Blain came and looked into our current system and instead of recommending a new system he suggested we have their technician come out because he thought it might just need a simple repair. He spent time going over the size of the system we had and why it was accurate and basically educated me about HVACs. He was friendly and informed. The technician comes this week to evaluate our situation. At this point the service has been great.

I had Cooper-Colo Springs replace the furnace and ac in my Larkspur home. They arrived when the said they would with a courtesy call before arrival. the complete the work in a clean and professional way. And they responded afterwards for some minor tweaking of the system. I've heard they do good work but unfortunately was told they don't do work on new construction. They have to have a physical building to come look at to even provide an estimate which means they really can't be used as a subcontractor if we can even talk numbers earlier in the project than that. Seems strange that they don't even look at Architectural drawings, engineering, heat loss calculations, equipment certificates, etc

Connor was nice enough to stop by and take care of a broken down furnace before going home for the night. I was very concerned of not having heat over night with potential pipe bursting. He went step by step to check of the potential issues and diagnosed the problem. He got the furnace working again and scheduled a pick up and installation for the new part the next morning. Couldn't ask for better service or professionalism.
