Ductless Plus HVAC System

Jared is a wizard when it comes to mini split AC units! Put a contact request in on his website on Saturday not thinking I would hear back until Monday, nope Jared called me 5 mins later and then came out Sunday to give me a quote and then installed my new unit on Tues. Jared, Doug & Denver did an excellent job and fast! These guys deserve 5+ stars and I'd highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Ductless Plus installed a hyper-heat Mitsubishi system for the main floor of our bungalow (4 units - kitchen, living room, two bedrooms).

Prompt communication by Jared, Denver, and Logan. Upstairs rooms heat and cool nicely, though we still run the furnace to warm the basement which helps warm the main floor. Thank you!

The Ductless Plus team was very professional, courteous, and timely. They very carefully moved the furniture where they were working and just as carefully returned it to original position once they were done. They removed their shoes each time they entered my home. Upon completing the job they cleaned and vacuumed the area. The “Plus” in their name must come from going above and beyond because they kindly replaced my high ceiling lightbulbs while they were up on the ladder!

Jared and his crew are outstanding. He worked through a plan in detail to get our old house to the comfort level we hoped for while being aboveboard and realistic throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

Folks - I am 53 and have been a homeowner since I was 26. I have had to do 100s of home repairs on several homes over the years. In my life, I have had 1 home built and 2 remodeled extensively. I am saying this only because I have experience being screwed by professional service providers. This company and its owner (Jared) are straight shooters. Use them for anything HVAC related. If he cannot do the work he will tell you but in telling you, you will learn what the problem is and how it can be fixed. Chances are tough he can do the work, do it correctly, and at a reasonable price. I cannot give them a higher endorsement than this and I am doing so because they earned it.

Jared is always responsive, helpful and engaged. I have never had customer service this good before. Great system, great company.
