Ductless Plus HVAC System

All around a great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable about all HVAC. Took the time to explain everything he was doing. He fixed our issues in less than 2 hours. He dove into a 14 year old furnace navigating through it like he was the one who built it. Impressive is an understatement. They were neat, clean, quick and helpful. The best in Denver when it comes to HVAC work. I’m already planning on working with them again this spring to have an A/C installed in our home. Ductless Plus installed my HVAC system in my living room ceiling saving much needed floor space and giving me much needed cool air during this hot summer weather. The people were very professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend the Mitsubishi product and this company.

Jared answered my desperate plea to check out my A/C compressor which wasn’t operating on a 99 degree day. He responded quickly and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Denver, his nephew, and his other helper were so helpful. They are also scheduled to install a mini split system in the upstairs of my older home next week which I am looking forward to having during what is projected to be a hot summer. I won’t hesitate to call in them for my heating and A/C work.

Jared, Denver, and Chandler were a motley crew of fun, hardworking men. After our AC unit failed 13~ days ago we contacted them for a quote. Jared and his team are truly amazing. I received a quote from another company for AC installation last summer that was outrageously expensive due to how difficult the job was assumed to be. I contacted Jared about mini-splits since I didn't think traditional AC was an option for us. Jared assessed our system and told us that traditional AC was definitely possible and more affordable. Jared was able to do the job for half the price of the competition. He and his team were a pleasure to be around and did such an amazing job. Jared is incredibly knowledgable about HVAC and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

We really appreciated Jared and his team helping us get AC installed at our older home. He is clearly very experienced, so we felt we could trust his assessment and not get oversold, and they did a great job with the installation. Quality Products and Workmanship

Ductless Plus was wonderful throughout the entire planning, contracting, installation and support process.

I contacted four HVAC vendors to purchase two new mini-split systems for our home in Evergreen. One never returned my call; one responded with a one-line estimate and no details; and one responded with a few details in the estimate but with products from a manufacturer that has poor reviews.

Jared, from Ductless Plus, came to our home and sat with me to discuss the equipment, installation and options. He provided a written estimate with three different options using Mitsubishi equipment which has the best industry and consumer ratings. Jared showed me factors to consider such as the de-rating of heating/cooling capacities at our altitude of 7,800 feet here in the foothills and the optional features that would enable the equipment to maintain its high heating efficiencies during our cold winters. These factors were never mentioned by the other vendors. (I later verified these factors and impacts with online searches.) The estimate included equipment model numbers and a list of accessory items for the installation. It also included a 12 year warranty on the equipment. The estimate from Ductless Plus wasn’t the cheapest - but I’m convinced it was the best value.

Ductless Plus was able to start installation within three weeks. The installation crew arrived on-time and finished the installation of both systems in two days. Their workmanship was great and they discussed installation details with me before proceeding to ensure I would be satisfied with their final work and they thoroughly cleaned up the work areas.

Even if you should decide to go with another vendor, I recommend you get an estimate from Ductless Plus to know what questions to ask and what a quality estimate and service looks like.

I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, knowledge, & responsiveness of Jared & his team. AND They were unbelievably helpful in a crisis moment. Also very upfront about breakdown of costs. We learned so much about our mini split system than we ever knew! I think Jared should offer a training class in the operation of Mitsubishi systems🤣I’d do it! Call them. We’re having them come back for a new remote thermostat system.

Exceptional service from Jared, Denver, and Doug–always on time, honestly and integrity, great communication throughout, attention to detail, and high quality work. They did a furnace replacement and added AC for us in our historic row house. Beyond doing great work, Jared and his team nailed the details–they took the time to replace a duct that had corroded, moved another duct elbow so I won't hit my head 2x a week forever, tossed in 6 months of filters, and were just a friendly and tidy crew. I'd highly recommend.
