Mike and his crew are GREAT! We had them install a whole home humidifier and he did a MUCH better job at explaining my options than the 2 other companies I spoke with. He was nice, friendly and knowledgeable - just like the tech he sent to do the install. All-around terrific service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

James was able to assure me that the furnace was running safely, but also that it was 26 years old and more practical to replace it if it does break down. Arrived on time and worked efficiently.

James Was on time. Knowledgeable. Answered my questions, including some about our gas water heaters. This was my first time with MGI and we paid for a 1 year preventive maintenance contract with them.

I don't want to waste any more time, just talk to your irresponsible drivers on the street and stop justifying yourself, if you want to improve your business start with your drivers, have a good day and I have nothing against your company's service

Mike is great! My furnace went out over the weekend. He was out to my house on Sunday, and even though he had to order a part, he had the heat back running early Monday! He is friendly, professional and very responsive. I'm grateful for the wonderful service that MGI Mechanical Services offers, I would highly recommend them!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We have used them for our HVAC maintenance and service as well as installing a new water heater. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly, professional, thorough, and trustworthy. The quality of their work is top notch. Customer service is impressive. The condenser outside stopped running. The technician made it to our house within six hours of my call. Cold air was blowing in 30 minutes. When it is 95 degrees outside, that kind of response is really appreciated.

Mike is among the most trustworthy, smartest, most thoughtful (in both kind and thinking things through senses) and responsive people I have had the luck to get to hire for installing mini split (energy efficient heating and ac systems) and conventional ac, plus furnace work. Next up is a navian water heater. Our house setup made all of this work challenging but he carefully thought through plans and options and went patiently through them, then his teams did the work perfectly with minimum cutting into walls etc. and he did a thorough walk through with us to check everything and teach us the user details. Also when something unrelated to his install broke on a Sunday, he responded to an email and sent someone to fix it on Monday. We also got several estimates and his were as good or better. But we mainly went with mgi because of all the above being apparent from the first. Working with his office staff has also been easy and a pleasure. Especially if you need something complex, I wouldn’t consider anyone else.
