Mark was amazing! He was very professional, arrived on time (actually early, but he called first to make sure it was ok), and did a fantastic job tuning up our AC. He thoroughly explained how to keep our AC running at its best. Plus, he was really easy to chat with! We would not hesitate to call Mark again for all of our AC needs.

Furnace went out within days of a major water leak. 2 other HVAC companies told me the leak damaged the furnace and a.c. I would need to replace both. Pierce came and within just a few minutes found a clogged part. Cleaned, everything worked. He said it was just a coincidence of timing. Not because of the leak. And obviously doesn't need replacement. I had called for a free estimate to give to my homeowners insurance. I asked how much I owed for cleaning/repair. I was told nothing. Just remember us when you're ready for maintenance or replacement in the future. Wow, in this day and age an actual honest service man with integrity! I will definitely call them with future needs. I also will let my insurance company know if anyone asks them for a reference to an HVAC company this is the one to refer their customers to. Thank you Pierce and MGI for honest service.

We were lucky enough to have Pierce at our home this morning to checkout our furnace. After 4 different companies trouble shooting our system, he was able to give us the best advise moving forward and finally get our furnace up and working again. He was polite, professional and honest. This is the service you get when employees are treated with respect and it ripples down to the final customer.

I used these guys in a pinch two years ago when my heat when out and it was negative temps outside. The owner himself came and helped me solve a problem 2 other companies hadn’t been able to figure out. I had them come out last week and do a service on my ac for the summer cause I felt it was lagging last year. They fixed it up perfect and were super nice and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

Been having A/C issues for the past few weeks, but Mark with MGI came out today and helped get everything fixed. He was fast, friendly, and, most importantly, got the problem solved. Now the pets and I will be much happier!

Installed a HPWH. MGI did an excellent job - they went above and beyond helping to clean up, at no additional cost, when my old water tank burst 2 days before the install. Also helped figure out the new wire routing to the basement when the electrician had problems / didn't want to.
Came back for a follow up to fine tune the system when asked.
They know the equipment and all the IRA /Efficiency Works program details.

Mark called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time and went straight to work. He was knowledgeable and most helpful in explaining the service as well as what to expect in the future.

Pierce performed additional testing and made the determination that installation/connections appear to be correct and the the ecobee thermostat is malfunctioning. Once I receive replacement thermostat hoping that diagnosis is correct and operation of humidifier will ve resolved.
