Couldn't be happier with Mike S. @ MGI after calling around town (10+ calls to other companies early this morning where no one would be able to come until at least late-afternoon or on a "no timeframe" basis).

Mike was super caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and FAST -- I was pleasantly surprised by the instant call pick up by a service tech (versus waiting on hold for 10min.+) and he didn't try to oversell me on things I didn't need (unlike so many other HVAC companies). He was fair and responsive and got the job done!!

Less than 4 hours after my initial call, my heat is working again and that's including a 1hr. detour to go to the shop to get a part!! This pregnant lady with a 4 year old is happy as could be to be warm again and will gladly recommend MGI in the future! :)

James was on time and very professional. He came out to perform some maintenance on our pretty newly installed HVAC system. He found a few problems and fixed them promptly. He also let me know how we could save money by doing a few things ourselves that were easy and fool proof. He went out of his way to address all my concerns which left me feeling confident about the service. I will definitely use MGI Mechanical Services again in the future.

Kris was finished his earlier job and called to ask if he could come sooner. He was informative and friendly. He explained what needed to be done to make my system run better and took care of it all!

We hired MGI to do a complete replacement of furnaces, coils and condensers in our two-zone system in our house. We have an odd venting configuration and it was not a simple job. Mike runs his business with expertise and integrity; he personally came out to discuss options with us and did not try to oversize the system or upsell us. He gave us exactly what we needed, spent a lot of time answering our questions and insured what his team installed was running well. When we had issues with the air flow of one of the air handlers post install, he bent over backwards to figure out why, and spent his own time and money to make it right in a situation where a lot of other shops would have told us it was fine and walked away.

During the install, the MGI crew noticed and tracked down a very small gas leak in a failing valve that was almost imperceptible to a human being (completely unrelated to what they were working on). I was able to confirm with a leak tester that it was exactly where they said it was and really appreciated that they had the expertise to notice and find that as it's unlikely I'd have noticed it myself. When the area we asked them to move a thermostat to ended up having an attic air leak/hot spot behind it, they fixed it at no extra charge. I really appreciated them taking care of old house problems like that which they couldn't have foreseen, no questions asked.

I'm not going to say they're perfect; for example the boards in our two stage furnaces weren't configured to allow our two stage thermostats to control both stages. But that was a minor oversight and simple fix, and not worth taking a ⭐ off, especially considering everything else. If there's a problem post install, you can rest assured they will make it right. The MGI team's integrity, expertise and professionalism is through the roof. Their pricing is very reasonable. You won't find a better HVAC installer along the Front Range.

Mike, for the love of god from everyone on Barrow lane.... Please fix our hvacs, we are tired of sweating upstairs 83* and freezing downstairs 66*. We are tired of our dogs panting upstairs and shivering downstairs. We are tired of being told that heat rises. We are tired of being told to close all our upstairs vents. We are tired of our units turning off. We are tired of being told to adjust our expectations. We are tired of having to abandon our brand new houses in zero degree weather in the middle of the night because our units stopped working. We are tired of having water pour in through our bathroom exaust fans. We are tired of having the inside of our microwaves 35* because you said if you tried to fix the exaust pipe you would only make it worse. We are tired of being told by home inspectors that the ductwork in our attics are a tangled, kinked mess. WE ARE TIRED!

Mark did a great job on getting our A/C units up and going for the season! Very professional and polite.

I could not be happier with MGI Mechanical Services. My 33 year old water heater had so much sediment, my hot water started running red with, I guess, rust. It was obviously time to replace it.

I had been recommended to two local companies, and called both.

Mike at MGI was super helpful, very pleasant and professional, and had what I needed in stock.

I called on Thursday morning, and by Friday morning, had a brand new water heater installed and working. The price was fair and the installation went flawlessly.

The technician who came out to my home was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant.

It was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Update: James from MGI Mechanical came out today to do a tuneup on my air conditioning system. It’s a 34 year old system that has not been tuned up in many years.

He was efficient, knowledgeable, and was able to explain things to me in a way that I could understand them.

Because there are a few things that are not perfect at this stage of its life, he could’ve easily sold me hundreds and hundreds of dollars of repairs that may or may not have worked. Instead, he gave me advice on how to keep it going as long as I could, and gave me an idea of what it would cost me when I need to replace it. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company and this technician, and could not recommend them more highly.
