Thank goodness that there are still honest guys out there who are not after profits over people. Thank you MIKE!!! Last week, my heater stopped working and the storm was here for days. I called my usual company who could not come out for 8 days. I called Lion and they came to my house within 45 minutes. They acted as friend and gave me a "discounted" estimate for $17,193 down from $20,858 for a new furnace and air conditioner. Neither was fully inspected. I was told the repair would be $2281 but not worth the band-aid since my unit was so old and would need to be replaced anyway. Mike showed up patient and reassuring. He told me that my motor needed to be replaced and had the job completed for $746.59. For another $129, my entire system was inspected and tuned up. They found out there was no rust and no leaks, which Lion assumed there was. MGI estimated, my system should be good for maybe another 4-6 years with regular filter changes. Mike and his guys, Michael and Pierce, could not have been more professional and reliable. Thank you to the MGI team!!

MGI Mechanical answered their phone on my first call. They were very friendly and easy to talk to, and were able to get me on their schedule within a week. On the day of the service the tech, Pierce, arrived early (after calling to see if that would be okay.) He was polite, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He tuned up our furnace that was leaking water, and was unbearably loud. He was very thorough, patient and efficient. The price was very fair. Our furnace is practically silent now. We are so glad to have discovered these guys and will absolutely be having them back for our yearly maintenance.

I called for an annual check for HVAC, and got a service contract at the same time. Thank goodness! A bird flew into my furnace air vent outside and ruined the motor. James immediately hunted for and found a new motor locally, went and picked it up and installed it. Now the system is cleaned, works well, and I saved money to boot. Two thumbs up!

James showed up exactly on time and confirmed via phone 30 mins ahead. While there he quickly diagnosed fixed our furnace issues as well as took the time to show what he found. One problem was moths had clogged drain and caused a motor to have trouble starting.
We can sleep well now knowing we have heat on the cold nights.

MGI installed our AC unit on our new-construction home. They did a fantastic job, and were very thorough. Their technicians walked us through operation and maintenance, and were very detailed. They arranged the permit process for us, so all we had to do was call the city and show them the paper. I would do business with them again!

We were able to get an HVAC professional to our house within 24 hours of our call during a heat wave. James was very kind and punctual. He was able to confirm the problem was electrical and not the AC unit. Will definitely use MGI in the future.

We are super happy with MGI. The owner, Mike, was great to work with. We got multiple quotes and his was the best by far. During installation his team was kind and efficient. After everything was installed Mike came back a week later to check the function of everything and to go over final paperwork in-person. We highly would recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
