Thanks so much Mike & MGI. I really appreciate all you do to keep our HVAC in top shape, but I also appreciate you taking care of my real estate clients. They always give me positive feedback.

Our most recent call was to talk about adding a more robust humidifier to our furnace. MGI came to our home & figured out that our old humidifier had stopped functioning. So, instead of a more expensive add on, MGI just got our existing system working again. Plus, he took time to show me a couple more features on our programmable thermostat. Thanks a million for all you do.

Had them out to fix a problem with my tankless water heater. After going through another company in town for the same problem and spending over $1300 without fixing the problem (and left with the recommendation to just replace them), Pierce came out and fixed the problem quickly and easily. Can’t recommend enough

I recently had MGI Mechanical Services out to my home to provide a full inspection and service of my HVAC systems consisting of both a forced air furnace/AC system and a ductless split system in my loft upstairs. Both systems are new to my home within the last 3 years, and even so, Mike with MGI was able to inspect, diagnose and remedy these systems for routine preventative maintenance. The thorough reports generated by MGI very clearly explain all services provided and all steps the technicians take while in our home. Mike was great to work with, and very knowledgeable, even going as so far as to train me on future humidifier media change-outs! I'm happy to say I have found my mechanical contractor for all my future needs!

Mike is the best in the business! He is the most thorough HVAC contractor I have worked with. They pay attention to all the small details and take the time to explain their work. They found an issue with my furnace emitting too much CO2 that several other service companies have missed at past services. I will use MGI for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Mike was responsive and got me a competitive quote. They completed the work on time even with having to make changes to my order for new AC since it was difficult to get the correct unit. Would highly recommend and use again.
