    DO NOT USE!! This company/Tipping Hat/ their technician Kodiak Ansel tried to rip me off. I asked them to come out and quote me for what it would take to fix my A/C. After looking at the unit they tried to tell me that both the A/C Unit and the furnace would need to be replaced, and that they could do it for the measly sum of $13,000. Yes a BARGAIN OF $13K. I got a second opinion and it ended up being a wiring issue that cost me $200 TOTAL to fix. NEVER USE THESE GUYS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could

    I recommend All Weather without reservation. We hired them on two occasions. First, to install a new furnace, which they did quickly and professionally. Also, pricing is competitive. They came out originally to try to fix the issue with our old furnace and the technician worked very diligently to find the issue. We verified what the technician told us that it was more cost effective to replace the 30-year old furnace. Robert and his crew did the install. Robert is knowledgeable, professional, polite and thorough. All Weather also did a good job of communicating with us so we knew when the technicians would arrive.

    We called All weather a second time to service our air conditioner. Again, Robert came out and did a good job. He thoroughly explained what he did and the condition of the unit. Additionally, Robert found and fixed the cause of a loud "whooshing" sound the new furnace made when it turned on. After an extensive search, he determined a piece of sealant tape that was used during the installation was loose and caused the sound. Excellent service and the work is done properly.

    This company is amazing! I called this afternoon at about 3:00pm hoping they could come fix our air conditioning unit next week. The scheduler informed me they could have someone out there between 4:00pm and 6:00pm the same day to fix my air conditioning system. Robert P. arrived at 4:30 and called me 20 minutes prior to arrival to inform me he was in route. He walked us through the whole process and was so polite and courteous of our space. He was able to diagnosis the problem in 10 minutes and fix the problem in about 30 minutes. He had our air conditioning running smoothly before he left. He came in to complete the paperwork and payment; he was very friendly to our dog, Rosie (who has issues with strangers). He got down to her level to pet her and she was very comfortable with him which is unusual behavior for Rosie. Robert gave exceptional customer service; he left us with his card and cell phone number to call him directly with any issues. This made for an excellent experience with Robert and others at All Weather Heating and Cooling.

    Long story short Robert P. is great and this company has exceptional customer service.

    We had our A/C go out at about 8pm at night and it was 80+ degrees in our house. I called these guys and had a on call tech Robert call me. He was super knowledgeable and had me do some diagnoses on the phone with him and was very honest about what needed to be fixed and explained he would have to pick up the part and come out the next day at about 10am. He showed up on time was very very nice and not only did he fix the main issue he took the time to peek at my furnace and found out some very concerning issues that I'm glad he caught. Pricing was very fair and customer service was an A+. I will recommend Robert to the rest of my family for service.

    From the time I placed the first call, the customer service was outstanding. The technician as well as the tech operator actually listened to my issue and were prompt in getting someone to our home. Dustin arrived and was very professional, explained everything and did the work quickly. I will definitely use this business for any and all HVAC service in the future.

    All-weather installed my furnace a few years ago and did a great job. Recently it wasn't working and a snowstorm was on its way so they promptly sent Dan L out to look at it. It only required a quick repair and Dan was very courteous and thorough in handling the issue.

    I would like to just take a minute and say thank you so much Robert for all your help and tricks and tips on how to keep our house cool this summer! Robert had his team came over and service both our heat and air conditioner both which we were told by several companies needed to be replaced rather than serviced and maintained. He also took the time to explain how to keep the house cooler and or tips and tricks on the filters! Very trust worthy and honest! Thank you so much! We will see you this fall for our tune up!

    Robert was out last summer to diagnose our AC problem. I liked that he first exhausted diagnostic and maintenance (less expensive) options before replacement. In fact we were presented with a few options and chose to replace the unit. Great service and my only call for HVAC.

    I hired All Weather to fix a faulty air conditioner that was blowing warm air. The guy on the phone was very cordial and got me scheduled the same day. The tech who went to my house said the A/C needed a variety of things but decided to change some electronic part, a "flux capacitor" or something (I know that's not the name, but some kind of capacitor thing). They charged me $384 for parts and labor and the A/C started working again so all was good...for about a day and a half. The A/C started blowing warm air once again. I spoke to the tech who did the work, tried to reach a compromise since I had spent almost $400 and the A/C was exactly as it was before he did his work. I offered to pay 2 trip charges and just remove the part since it didn't seem to fix the issue. He said he would call me back in a bit to resolve the issue. That's the last I heard from him. So almost $400 later, I have the exact same issue. Bummer.

    My advise: stay away from this company.

    Robert was great! Explained everything that needed to be completed for both our air conditioner and heating system. This is the 3rd company that has looked at the system rather than saying we had to replace both units he had us do maintance on both and will do bi yearly tune ups! Thank you so much for being trust worthy! Will be repeat customers and will be telling all that need service completed!!
