Rizzo Heating & A/C

Mike, his wife and mickey are HANDS DOWN the best hvac company i have EVER delt with!!!! He and his wife went above and beyond to provide services for my dr office and did not disappoint!!! They have the absolute BEST customer service && communications there is he was honest and straight forward from the beginning. Lets not forget how kind and respectful they were. my #1 recommendation to anyone.

I called Mike at 10 and Alex was out at 12! Very complete in the diagnosis of the problem--and Alex took the time to explain every step. Our unit now works great. This company will go into my "circle of trust" for future work and referrals.

I freeked out when the air went out w/No warning.

Rotten timing, as usual, just returning from Austin, Texas with 95 degree heat and 97% humidity, visiting daughters and 5 grandkids, $$ "kaching" $$ and, with company arriving in a week.

So, I shopped and got 6 quotes, HomeDepot, Sears, Lowes and others which, ranged from $3,450.00 to 8,000.00. Time frames went from 2 days to 3 weeks.

Mike Rizzo quoted $3,450.00. His reasoning was not to put in the latest and greatest. The current model will last 20 years (if the dog doesn't pee on it again). And he could get it done in 2-3 days!

Shopping took me about a week to come to a decision. Thankfully the weather was pretty mild.

I was going with the cheapest, saving use $3,000 to $5000, I crossed my fingers that it was the right decision.

I called Mike on Sunday asking to c/b Monday morning and, at 8 a.m. Monday Mike returned my call . . . Prompt is a great start, price was unchanged and he would get it done tomorrow. FANTASTIC !!!

Tuesday, Mickey & (sorry didn't get other guys name) came on time, did the work, in about an hour. Both very nice guys!

The unit works great, so far. We're putting a fence around it to keep "Oscar", the dog, away from it.

I highly recommend Rizzo's Air & Heating for their HONEST evaluation, INTEGRITY in pricing, promptness, doing a GREAT and FAST JOB with NO HASSLE at all !!

Actually, we are recommending Rizzo's to my husband's boss with no hesitation.

My AC has been acting up. The noise actually made the neighborhood dogs bark. I thought I was staring down the Barrell of an expensive replacement .....nope.......Rizzo was honest, diagnosed the fan motor, tracked one down despite being old, and fixed it.

Just had a fantastic experience with Mike and the team at Rizzo. I called to get my freeon topped off (my AC wasn't working very well in the 100 degree heat and I have small kids, so I needed help ASAP). Mike happened to be in the area and got to me within an hour. He and his staff were friendly and explained what was going on with my system. He even took the time to rig a quick fix on a rattling sound that's been driving me crazy on my unit. I didn't even ask for that and he did it free of charge.

Not sure what the other reviewer's issue was but it takes all kinds, I guess. Don't hesitate to call Rizzo, I had a great experience.
