Mike (Owner) is a complete professional. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and was honest about the repairs. The pricing was fair too!

My AC system decided to stop working. I had a different company come by the house to check it out before I called Rizzo and they said it would be more than a week before they could fix it. What a joke! I called up Mike Rizzo the next morning and he came that day and figured out what I needed, ordered the part, picked it up. The very next day he installed it and the air is ice cold. This guy knows what customer service means. He should be the first guy to call. Thank you Rizzo!

I had Mike and his crew do a full system redesign and replacement including all ductwork. Back in June of 2018, Mike and his crew worked tirelessly through 100+°F getting it complete just in a couple of days. The Trane system they installed has saved me hundreds on energy costs compared to my old system. Just this past week, the my Trane clean air effects air filtration system had a failure on the control board. I called Mike, and he was prompt and send out a guy the very next day to diagnose the problem. It turned out the whole controller needed to be replaced. Mike ordered the parts and replaced it under warranty with zero fuss.

I highly recommend Rizzo for any HVAC work you need done if you want it done right and for a fare price. Rizzo has my business for life.
