A few years ago I would have given 5 stars, but now I know better. I was having the 2x/yr inspection and maintenance. Last June my AC was cleared by the technician, about 3 weeks later the capacitor started to fail. I call Grants and they wanted to charge me $70 to come out and diagnose the problem. I denied the service and fixed the problem myself.

So why one star when a tech can’t predict the future? Well a capacitor doesn’t fail overnight. If it was tested properly he would have caught the issue on the spot. I just don’t believe they do quality service.

Have used Grant's several times, always top quality service. Most recently called them to get a second opinion after a bad diagnosis by a shady American Home Shield contractor (Austin Heating and Air claimed the problem was corrosion and loss of line pressure that would have to be replaced, which AHS refused to cover). Grant's correctly diagnosed the actual problem as a bad fan motor and fixed it same day with no issues.

My husband and I decided to give Grants Air Conditioning Heating Inc a try this year to service our HVAC. In addition, we were having a problem with our air conditioning coming on by itself when in OFF position. First off, I was very, very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the office staff. I was given first rate service. The appointment was scheduled for two days later, with a three hour window period, which is common and expected. The service tech arrived with a mask and immediately introduced himself. He explained what he would be doing to the unit. Within fifteen minutes, the tech was done and told us he was done and showed some wires that were lose that he replaced. Again, he was very friendly and professional. We are very happy with Grants and will definitely be a returning customer.

I called Grant's Air Conditioning, they were at my house within the hour, which is nice because the high was 102. The service technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. They had my air conditioner repaired within 30 minutes. They also had a very reasonable preventative maintenance plan that i signed up for. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Grant's Air Conditioning, you wont be disappointed.

My furnace stopped working properly so I asked my friends for a recommendation. Grant's was the business they advised I call. They were able to get a tech out to me the very next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him a lot of questions about the furnace and he took the time to explain it. He even gave me some care and maintenance tips.
