The repairman, Devlin, was knowledgeable, personable, and prompt. He was able to diagnose the problem by listening to the AC unit start up! He replaced a capacitor, and the unit has been working perfectly ever since.

Grant's was able to provide next day AC service, to two homes for me, at the end of June which is obviously busy season for the HVAC companies. Tech was professional and very considerate of our time (showed up exactly on time).

Grants installed an Aprilaire system which reduces dust, pollen ect in your house by adding a hepa filter and polarizing plate to the inflow duct. They work great. I called several other HVAC companies but Grants was the only co. Who knew what Aprilaire was and how to do the install. They were professional, on time and quickly did the job plus they made extra boxes to fit the Aprilaire. They also fixed some of the shoddy duct work done by the builders for free. The only thing is they forgot the thermostat which they will bring with them when they clean the ducts next week. Overall great job. Thanks

AC broke on the hottest day of the year. Technician came out the next day and was very professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when needed.
