I had a leak that I thought was the evaporator freezing up but my AC unit continued to leak through the ceiling. They came out and found the issue. Awesome work

They installed a 2 phase pad mount HVAC unit and all new ducting at a significantly lower price than others. They’re the best.

The staff there was so nice to work with from the office to the installers they are top notch, and we love our ductless system.

They allow you to schedule appointments for time convenient for you. I have had no issues or problems with their maintenance.

I have used Grant's for years but after the last service call I am not using them. My heater stopped working a service tech was sent out and I knew when he came into the house with a batter operated drill and a flash light that I was in trouble. The service tech did not realize that I could see him and all he did was take the front panel off and bang on the heater for noise and the went on for about 10 minutes then I made myself known to him. His tale was it could be this part or that part or heaven forbid the circuit board but you probably need a new heater. My heater is about 10 years old and not used very much because I have a fireplace insert that heats my house. He then says I will have the office give you estimates on both. I said you do that. I got the estimates thousands of dollars and said no way I am calling another company and see what they say. I called another company and he came out the next day. He came in the house with actual tools to diagnosis the problem. He checked all the parts that the Grant's tech said needed to replaced and said they were fine. He then said I am going to remove the circuit board because I am pretty sure that is the problem. After removing the circuit board he said it had several small cracks and showed me the cracks. He got on his phone and started looking for a new circuit board and told me he would keep me informed. He called me several hours later and said he had found on the cost was $500 and if ordered would be here the next day and he would come and install it as soon as he received it. Told him order it. Was at my house the next morning at 8 had the circuit board installed in 5 minutes and my heater was up and running. Total cost to repair heater was $550. And that is the reason why I will not use Grant's any longer. To all companies out there you are only good as your employees.

I had a lot of work done on my house and I had to have my attic insulated. I also had a problem with one of the vents then it wasn't blowing out any cool air. The service people from Grant arrived in the specific time they said they would arrive they fixed the vent it now blows out cool air and they re insulated my attic. I was happy with the work and with the price that was quoted me. The service people kept me informed as to what they were doing it when they were through they cleaned up the mess they made. I call Grant whenever I need work done on my cooling and heating system and I've always been happy with their work.

Very solid and steady. Good to work with and reliable. Would recommend to others in our community.
