Have used Grant's for many years in my homes and rental properties. They are very prompt in taking care of any issue. I've found they are very trustworthy and rely on their expertise and quality services. Have every confidence in their assessment of whatever problem there is.

Grants was an excellent choice (recommended by several knowledgeable friends in 3Rivers) when we (finally) replaced our old heater and swamp cooler at least 10 years ago with a completely new HVAC system and duct insulation. Grant’s prices were fair and the system they installed worked like a charm —and very economically thanks to the new duct insulation —for as long as I lived there. Grant’s came back to service the system in spring and fall until 2019 when I sold the house after my husband died and I moved to Florida.I gave Grant’s info to the new owners with a glowing recommendation but I’m not sure if they ever followed up.
I would definitely use Grant’s again if I ever needed service on an HVAC system or needed to install one.

Grants has always been a very dependable and efficient company. We have used them for years (at least 30!). They have never let us down. Excellent service.

Tech said we needed a new unit. Called another repair shop and he cleaned the filters for less than $200 and unti is working fine. Will never call Grants again.

Grants Air is my go-to when there is a problem with air conditioning for the many homes that I own. The service people are quick to respond to my requests. They are good to make a good determination and then solve the air-conditioning. Pricing is fair. Grants Air has been my solution for many years. I'm sure they will be my go-to for many more years.

Devlin is a service technician. He is always on time and takes good care of our HVAC system which we purchased from Grant's back in 2014. He also services our Evap Cooler which we also bought through Grant's. Both units continue to work very well, keeping us warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Grants Air and Heating service is the best. I have used their maintenance services in five homes I have owned and replaced a full system in one of them. They are very reliable and offer excellent service.

My AC was not working in the middle of summer... they came and looked at it and said they would order the part I needed and said they would be back next Wednesday.
I never heard back from them or saw them again (after leaving a couple messages) - and had to deal with it myself after waiting over a week with no AC (at least they told me what part was bad).
Anyone that leaves a customer hanging like this in the dead of summer doesn't care.

Have used them for years for heating and cooling systems maintenance and repair. They replaced dual roof pack on time, great price and excellent service. Best in the business as far as we are concerned.

Person that came out explained to me what was going on. We tried to do a couple of things to produce a better airflow. He said he would be back after a couple of days and he did come back to check on my issue. I now have them to my AC & Heater Maintenace each year. Very professional.
