Wendy in the front office is great at getting appointments set up and the service guys are always on time and fill me in on the status of my unit. I had installed a new thermostat and on the last service they double checked my wiring connect. Great job.

My heater broke down this past week so I called grants and asked if they could send someone out the same day. Within 1 hour someone was at my door. Turned out I needed my panel replaced.. he was able to fix it right away and explained very well every question I had. Definitely a great experience.

Grant’s has installed two air/heater conditioners/units over the past 25 years. We purchased the maintenance agreements so we have always had great professional service and perfect running units. The service guys come out twice a year and goes through the unit and changes the filter. It is a win/win. Great company.
