We recently purchased a SLP98V furnace from VN - Coast AC Repair. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people I dealt with from the Owner to the gentlemen that did the installation. One technician came and gave us an estimate and 5 days later we were having our furnace installed. The workmanship on the job was top notch ! My newer furnace (2015) was not heating the rooms throughout the house evenly. Some were really hot, others no heat at all. I called VN - Coast AC Repair, who sent a tech and he was out the next morning. He came and took the time to explain what might be going on. It could have been an expensive fix, but he spent time to look at the situation more closely, and NOW, Now, I have heat evenly distributed throughout all the rooms. It is a happy house! This company saved us a cold winter, at a very fair price. VN - Coast AC Repair will be my go-to when I move to a new house. Thank you so much.

Service was excellent very professional and kind staff. They arrived early and worked very hard to replace the unit they ensured it worked properly before leaving .

The technicians were on time, very professional and diagnosed the problem with a solution plan within 30 minutes. There has been an ongoing problem since the AC unit was installed, but they were able to quickly figure out what the new problem was

I had an issue with a capacitor burning out in my furnace. I couldn't get an appointment with VN - Coast AC Repair of Van Nuys on the same day, but the serviceman graciously said he would come over same night to fix the capacitor! I am amazed at the customer service and being able to not have my house smell like burnt rubber for days. I would highly recommend!
