VN - Coast AC Repair of Van Nuys

Called and spoke to them, first they said they were not working due to covid 19. Then they call me back saying they are available to come out and check my broken air conditioner. The guy that came out barely spoke any English, very hard to communicate with the guy, very short temper. He told me I needed a new air conditioning system. I got a second opinion. Turns out it was just a bad part on the outside unit. Customers you should be very careful. This is not the kind of company you want to deal with nor is this even their company name. After they charged me and I called them to dispute the charges 2 days later their phone is no longer active. There will be legal action against you.

I scheduled my appointment online, they came out on a sunday and fixed my heater. They were recommended to me by my landlord. Johnathan did a great job on my heating and air conditioning system.

A/C not working. Tech came out next day. On time, very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He had part needed to be replaced in his car....huge timesaver (equals money saved). I was very pleased and I highly recommend this service.

He was on time for our appointment, and it was after hours. Diagnosed the problem in 20 seconds, and fixed it just as quickly. Finally, it was a fair price. What else can you ask for?

Great service, they came out late at night and fixed my air conditioner in Van Nuys. Prompt, fast service paid a extra but worth having to not wait another day without air conditioning.
