Wish I could give 0 stars! This weekend the compressor on our A/C went out on a system that was installed by Air Tech less than 3 years ago. No problem. Our contract says the compressor has a 10 year warranty and Air Tech has a 24-hour emergency contact number. Unfortunately, that number is just a recording and it does not accept messages. Same for their office number. We phoned and left voice and text messages at all the other contact numbers we had for Air Tech, but nothing. Eventually we had to contact someone else to put in a new compressor at a cost of $500. We are still waiting to hear back from somebody at Air Tech. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a reputable HVAC company!

I am very pleased with the work done,, price, and their customer support. The staff is very knowledgeable, easy going, and offer fast response and excellent Quality Control. City inspection went quick and approved. Martin and Jose are very efficient and willing to help. I do recommend the company.

Technician Joshua was extremely thorough. He made us aware of items that needed our attention without making us feel like he was trying to sell services not needed. Will definitely be using their services again. We're very satisfied.

new HVAC installed 6 weeks ago; some corrections needed,; Job has been neat,; people have been respectful. Later I will rate the appliances and value, but so far, I am impressed.
Update, Jan 2021. 5 ton AC in a house that had no AC, and replacement of heating system. Shout out to Josh W, who spent nearly 2 hours examining my 2 story house and explaining what could and couldn't be done. Don't trust salespeople who scribble some numbers on a paper and offer a discount if you sign immediately. Air Tech emailed the proposal for my review. The job was cleanly installed, with new ducts where possible. Josh responded the next day on an emergency, and responded when corrections were needed. Air Tech will schedule the needed HERS test and city permit. I'm glad I chose a company which will stand by their work in case the AC needs adjustments.

Initially we had problems with the new system's thermostat, and a few other things, but we found Air Tech to be incredibly responsive, and relentlessly invested in making sure that we were happy and that their system worked well. What more can you ask? I would definitely use them again!

I recently had the entire HVAC system in our house replaced by Air Tech HVAC Solutions. Installation included 2 new AC and Heating units with new ducts. Martin and his team did a wonderful job from quoting to cleanup. Their pricing came across as reasonable compared to various other quotes I obtained. Martin does not try to oversell. The team was professional and punctual, did what they promised and was very customer oriented. Martin is now my go to guy for anything HVAC related and I have no hesitation in recommending them - clearly a five star company!

We were without heat. I called and they were very responsive! Came right out, we looked at the problem and decided to replace heater. they started new install that afternoon and made sure we had heat that night. Later we decided to add the A C. Next day they restarted install. and worked on it until finished at 10 P M!
JOSH was the installer and was very accomodating and very nice!

Great crew were on time and finished early. Looking forward to saving energy costs with the replacement of our old unit. They even brought to our attention a roofing problem which needed immediate attention. We were able to get a roofer out to promptly repair that issue.
