I had a major issue with my AC unit and contacted Highway HVAC Services & Remodeling Group for help. They were incredibly fast in getting a technician to me and the job was done within an hour! They really know their stuff when it comes to AC repair and their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable AC repair services.

David was great. He came out overnight at a time when it’s crazy busy for AC need. Extremely professional and helpful. He was honest about what the AC needs. I felt so bad for him because he spent 2 hours on the fwy; however, that didn’t sour his mood. He got right to work and was pleasant. I will use again for sure!!!!

I had a really good experience with these guys. They were on time with their appointment and completed the work efficiently. I would say they offer high-quality services and materials, at competitive rates. What I liked best about Highway is that there's no pressure to buy the most expensive product or service; Elad just advises what is appropriate for one's home and budget. This company for HVAC in Van Nuys gets five stars from me.

I think this is an awful. From what it appears they exploit their employees. Eli the ow er comes across as a very insecure man who is money hungry and only cares about sales, not clients. Do not support shady companies like this.

The service tech was on time, respectful and knowledgeable. The cost was double what I was expecting but, since I didn’t ask for an estimate, had to pay. I recommend Highway for service, just make sure to ask for an estimate before the work is done.

I have to amend this review. Highway sent me a check for $200 that they had overcharged me which was nice, but now the air conditioner doesn’t work at all. I am going to have to find a new HVAC company. I take back my recommendation of Highway.

This is an amazing AC company! They came to my house and did an incredible job on my AC. They were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Los Angeles area.

Got a nest installation which works great. However it is way over priced. Charged $390 for installation and maintenance.. grant it the maintenance was not complete. The server was very nice and helpful; however I was supposed to get a response from them regarding the unit and I haven't heard back for weeks. Would appreciate a partial refund.
