Mel's came to our office (Dr. Mehrany) and did an excellent job on our heating, air, vents and cryostat machine. We were extremely pleased with the services, professionalism, honesty and the timely manner in which they completed there work.

The company was booked solid but fit me in the same day for an emergency a/c repair. The tech diagnosed a failed capacitor and had it replaced in a few minutes. He even washed the unit down free of charge.

The first repairman found the blower motor was bad. After replacing it, could not get it working. The tech people from Carrier AC company said it was the circuit board. Replaced it, but still could not make the blower work.
Finally, the second repairman found it was the thermostat that did not respond to the blower demand. He made it work after replaced the thermostat.

We just arrived home from a long trip, ac quit, house temp 92 degrees and climbed to 96 rapidly. This guy here saved my family! As if cramped in a car for 2000 miles wasn't bad enough, now it's 96 inside the house! He gave me a couple pointers over the phone and it worked. Very intelligent and very helpful! Thank you!

They were able to find and fix the problem without needing a new unit at this time, however it did take two visits to figure it out. We did get quick service and repair so overall we were happy.
