From the first phone call to the technician coming out to my home I received nothing but professionalism Michael the technician was very knowledgeable about my heating system, he was also friendly, and professional.

The owner Noel came out to diagnose my heater the same day I called and it was fixed the next day as soon as the part came in. Excellent customer service and very nice technician. Will use again

It gets very hot in the Valley but Mel’s was able to get a new system and install it before the heat wave. It took about a day to install the ac and furnace but Elroy and Danipal left the place very clean. They also provided a portable unit in the interim.

I called Mel’s late in the afternoon on Tuesday and they were able to send someone out the following day. The motor was dead and Noel was able to find a replacement motor and had it installed by 11am the next day. Excellent and prompt service. Will recommend Mel’s to everyone. Thank you Noel and Mel’s.

Mel's installed a new AC unit. They did a great job. They showed up on time. Cleaned up everything when they were done, and they even made some corrections on the original piping that was damaged during the construction of the house. The new unit is way more efficient, and we have a lower electric bill now.
