Best air conditioning place evet

Super nice! Office staff was great at communicating. Didn't have to wait too long. Best of all, fixed our heater at a good price and we aren't freezing!

Called in attempt to get hard to find cooler pads.

The service from here is great. We will only be using Canby's for HVAC and any other service in the future.

I've used Canby's 3 times. The first time was to fix the wiring at the unit so I could use my smart thermostat. They did that and also told me one of the other parts was going bad so I had them replace that. After that the electric bill dropped by more than half which was awesome.

The second time was because I had water leaking into the house from the AC. the guy came out and cleaned the AC but told me the unit was old and should be replaced. He said the problem we were having wasn't really fixable because the unit was 21 years old. I knew it needed replaced but was hoping it would be fixable.

The third time was just finished up about 30 minute before writing this. It was to replace the AC. They arrived right at about 8am and were done right around 10am.

If ur looking for above and beyond honest service.. this is the place to go. Ask for doug, u will not be disappointed.

I cannot express how much of a help doug was. I walked out of there super happy. This world needs more people like him in this customer service business.

Really great service good crew they really take care of you

We have a rental & tenant was not home. They said they made it inside (I don’t know how) & said they serviced the AC. Total rip off
