    I had an AC unit put in 10/2022 it started to not run properly over the past three weeks. We had them come out to our home their associate checked the unit said everything was fine and just replaced the air filter. I had to call another HVAC company they came out the same day on Sunday and told us our units coils will need to be replaced and that the freon was completely out, mind you we just had an associate from Air-tech check it within a week of service. Beware the follow thru is not there as far as service.

    The AC guy came 4 times to fix my ac. He ordered the wrong part- we’ve had no ac for a week. This company doesn’t know what parts to order, when parts arrive, how to fix AC units, or how to work in a timely manner. Be sure to try any other company before calling this one

    Called them Saturday that my A/C went out and were there Monday at 8am to replace my unit, Luis, El Guero, Chris and Jesse all did a great job!!!

    No experience with having service done by them. But their drivers are horrible! They will ride you with their brights on. Speeds or goes extremely slow. This is not a one time occurrence this is at least twice a week I’m dealing with one of them in the mornings. Also they’ll sit outside the shop with their brights on blinding traffic.

    I contacted our warranty provider "AHS" and they assigned "Air Techs" the same day on "Sunday". Our family had to leave the house, because the temp was rising and we weren't going to be comfortable at all.
    I contacted Air Techs this morning (Monday the 9th) and asked for an ETA on our service ticket. The gal who answered the phone informed me that we were on their Tuesday schedule, which meant we were going to wait 1 day.
    She then asked if I was interested in being placed on their "Cancellation" call back log to see if service could be expedited and of course I said "Yes".
    I went back to the house to open it up and get the hot air out and get some work done before it got to hot.
    Air Techs called me back about lunch time and told me that they had a cancellation and their technician could come by ASAP if I was home. I said , "Send him Over, I'm home right now".
    The technician "Jose" was at my door, on my roof and resolved my AC problem in about a 30-45 minute visit.

    I am more than happy to Post this 5 star review... Great Work "Jose" and "Air Techs".

    Worst company I've dealt with. A repair man checked my heater on a Friday evening and said they would not have the part until Monday and left. Couldn't ask questions because he hurried away. Tried calling but reached answering machine. Left several messages but they never returned my call. Reached on Monday and said they would have the required part at 5 pm so they could not fix my heater until Tuesday. They showed up Tuesday at noon just to tell us they had the wrong part. Called office and they told me they had to order the correct part and would install the next day. We were without a heater in this cold weather for 4 days and they didn't care. Don't go through this company if you want your heater or air conditioner fix quickly or if you expect a call back. I'm eating them a 1 only because they finally fixed my heater.

    My AC stopped working and as soon as I call (Pleasure talking to Jessica... super nice and helpful) they have someone out a couple hours later.(As busy as I’m sure you are in this triple digit season) Everyone else I called was booked thru next week!
    Plus... The tech you sent was awesome! Super quick and to the point. Appreciate the your honesty and hard work. For sure we will be sticking to Air Tech from now on!

    Company does not work on weekend nor do they have a message center. Their message center appears to be an iPhone which mailbox gets full during the weekend and you can’t not contact them in any way. Weekends are very important to them, I’m sure plenty of us in need of a repair Co. can relate to that idea. Thank you for your treatment and condescending tone. I’m glad your Co. has grown to the point that you guys get to choose who to help. God Bless and best wishes , hopefully your Co. keeps growing and becomes a Tesla like empire. As for my family, I would rather move to Death Valley than to deal with your Co. again. My choice, right? All of our family and friends will know our experience with you and perhaps we can build someone else’s business to be as successful as yours is. Thank you .

    Great service, and speedy completion of the job. Called on Monday for a maintenance tune up on my system. This was right at the beginning of Summer. They squeezed in an appointment on Thursday morning. I didn't want to wait around all morning for them and they agreed to call me when they were on their way. Once the gentleman had arrived he quickly finished the job. He showed me a few things I could do on my end to extend the life of my unit. All in all I was very happy to start the summer with a properly maintained AC.

    I have American home shield and I was referred to this company to repair my AC unit. It was decided that the AC unit would be replaced since it is old and my insurance would not cover the installation and hood which i paid and was about $4000. After the unit was installed water started leaking into the house and I paid to had them come out and I was told that it was installed incorrectly and I was told that the hood was the wrong one for my house and the unit was uneven. This caused condensation or water to leak into the house and into the air ducts. This caused mold and currently there is water inside the air ducts. I then paid to have them come out again which they fixed and they fixed the hood and leveled the unit however, they want another $350 to replace the air ducts or fix their mistake. I felt at this is completely unprofessional.
