This place is SCARY. Find someone else. They seem very inexperienced and extremely shady. I doubt these reviews are real. Won’t be using them again. I would request their licenses / and credentials if you can.

Very detail oriented, when I called they were here same day! The HVAC tech was very knowledgeable and caring about getting my heater fixed asap.

I have so many great things to say about this company. The one word every homeowner searches for HONESTY. The first AC repair shop I called nit picked my AC unit and quoted me $1700 but recommended a full replacement. Luis from Hancock Air Conditioning got me up and running in two hours for 1/4 the price. That's how you build brand loyalty ladies and gentlemen. Bravo!

They installed a heat pump on the roof last summer, no issues. We recently (Dec 2018) noticed water draining from the unit down the roof and dripping off when the unit was on for a while in the cold so I called them to check it out while we would be away on vacation. The lady said no problem, they could do it if we were gone which is great. The guy showed while we were away since we left instructions how to get onto the property. He checked it out, wrote a note saying it was operating properly and why we were seeing the water.

We appreciated not having to be there and either taking a day off work or changing vacation dates, them showing and us trusting them enough. The trust wouldn't have been there had I not earlier been to their office, met the staff & owner and saw their operation first hand and talked to some of the techs when they initially came out. Any company can screw something up, we all make mistakes (they didn't) but when you have trust in any person or company you know you can rely on them in a pinch. I do trust them to do the work and give me an honest answer. Thanks to whomever came out. Ed Lardner

This person drove dangerously and without hesitation. They caused the left lane on 198 heading west to full stop from 75mph to 0 and aggressively forced two drivers to the side of the road by swerving. Assumed the driver was under the influence. Called the company number but no one answered. Regardless of the company's actual services. Bad representative for anyone

My mother in laws AC has not been working and unfortunately she had to go through 4 local AC repair company’s until today . Hancock was called out . The gentleman that came was Daniel and he did such an amazing job very nice , very professional and explained everything to us . I highly recommend this company .

so far so good. First time I've ever called them and it was for an afterhours repair. No issues with tech arrival ... there at the time he said he would. Had tenants AC up and running in no time with parts right off the truck. Gonna give them a try for our maintenance contracts due to this timely professional work. Just booked houses to be serviced ASAP.

First time home owner here, I called two companies to get A/C service and you could really see the difference. This company from the moment their office answered my call; sweet and very helpful. For my appt Daniel came out and was super knowledgeable very professional. What was suppose to be a routine, simple maintenance visit turned into a more complex repair (previous work on the A/C thermostat not Daniel's fault) I would recommend Daniel to anybody who wants an honest answer. Thank you Daniel!

Wonderful experience!!! Our ac had been out and we have a home warranty (don't use sears home warranty because they suck) and the warranty company had sent out a company and they told us we needed a new unit. Then they reached out to Hancock and sent them out for a second opinion. The tech was knowledgeable and kind and said he was able to fix it!! So we waited and waited for 2 months for the warranty company to get it together while it was hitting triple digits. After about 15 calls to the warranty company and me having to get fiesty we finally made some leeway when the young lady at hancock, Rose, went to battle for us. She called me the next day and had us set up for the repair a few days later. To top it all off, I want able to be home whilst they repaired the unit and when I returned home I had a sweet note from the tech stating that he had fixed it and to enjoy. Our house feels much more comfortable and just in time for the real summer heat to hit!! Thank you Hancock ac and hearing for your impeccable services and kind hearted employees. We will spread the word and we appreciate everything you were able to do for us!!!! :) oh and my dogs are so happy to not be overheating inside.
