I would like to thank all the guys from Hancock Heating from the bottom of my heart. My heat went out on the day I went into labor. I went to the hospital with my husband who contacted our insurance company and begged for them to do something by the time we had to bring our new baby home. They sent out Hancock that day. They let us know when they were 10 mins out so my sister, who was visiting from Texas, could shoot over and open up the door. We didn't give them our deductible right away, we were kind of busy. They had to put an order in for a part, but did a temp fix so the house wouldn't be freezing. They then installed the parts first thing in the morning when it came in. Installed it without anyone being home and left a not to pay when we could. I didn't have to worry about bringing home my new baby to an ice cold house. So thank you again for going out of your way to help relieve a new mom's mind.

They are an AMAZING group of people!! Hancock employees and owners have gone above and beyond for us while we are having issues with our insurance company and the vendor they sent out! I recommend Hancock A/C & Heating to everyone!

Had issues with air flow in my sons bedroom, tech came out. I told the tech my problems and that they had replaced the blower motor last year, ever since then we have had less air flow, and my sons room gets little to no air, the techs said the unite is fine, and that there is nothing he can do about the air flow, I gave him access to the duct work and info on the unite as I have lived here for almost 8 years, he did little to no work and acted like he did not want to do any work. I was very disappointed with this. This is upsetting as my son is only 1/12 years old he needs ac in his room.

Prompt and very Professional and there at your home at the time when they say they will be there, another thing I like about them they send you a text when technician is on his way, Great Service

AMAZING!!! My heater went out and they installed the new one in the rain! Came in and checked all my vents. Super helpful and friendly!!!
