Great service! The technician was polite and quick. I love that they were on time and they were great to work with. They didn't try to overbill like some places would either. I highly recommend them!

They replaced our ac/heater unit last year and they did a great job on install and relocating our a/c pad from the middle of back yard to up against the house with no cement pouring necessary. necessary.

It has been running so much better.

We had them come clean and service the system last week. Simply because we forgot to do so earlier in summer.

My mother's landlord called this company countless times because her swamp cooler stopped working and the cooler continues to have problems. They charged her for services, parts, repairs, and also a whole new cooler. Most of these services weren't done correctly or done at all. When the technicians did come to provide the service, they were extremely rude and disrespectful. No professionalism brought with them in any aspect of their business. I discourage anyone from using this company or for the company to do a complete overhaul of their staff, business, practices, and ethics. My mother is an elderly amputee that needs these services to live day to day. This company will never receive my family's business again.

My heater went out during the Freezing nights last week and after calling around and finding out that nobody wanted to service my unit brand. Doug sourced all the parts and had his best guys on the job. I highly recommend Canbys. Thank you.

My AC went out in my house during this August heatwave. Called Canby’s for a quote. Steve called back after 5 pm and had a quote to me in 30 min based off another quote I received. Canby’s not only matched but BEAT it! On top of that he gave me better equipment than I was being quoted from their competitor. Crew showed up at 6:30 am as promised, they were clean, polite and professional. My AC system was installed and running by 1pm, can’t ask for any better service!!!

My air conditioner quit working recently. The young man that was sent to repair was very nice and professional. Canby's is a old Tulare business. I have been doing business with them for many years. Recently first time I was in actually in the store. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful. I will continue to do business with them!!!

Can't speak highly enough of thos place. Art and Matt we're really helpful. replaced my AC and helped me with a roof leak problem. Awesome business 👏

They were great, got us taken care of with new HVAC unit within a couple of days, installed it in aprox. 2-3 hours. Great job, thank you Canbys

We have used Canby’s for many years and have always been more than satisfied—great people, great service.

The gentlemen who came spent 10 minutes, charging me the full hour of service. After 10 minutes, they sheepishly admitted that they didn’t know what was wrong, that the heater was likely not fixed, and it would very likely result in a call-back. I asked them if they would keep looking for the faulty part and the gentlemen said they had other calls for service. The heater worked for 4 hours and stopped. They were impossible to get a hold of to come back out for service and I have never had such poor workmanship performance. This business lacks the requisite ethics to maintain a license.
