I am house sitting & was pleased with “Pedro” being punctual at 8:00 am ! Pedro had excellent customer experience & was polite; clean & conscientious of not scratching wall with ladder.
He also briefly explained all that he checked & did. He was thorough & efficient. I’m impressed 👍👍👍👍👍

This company is awesome. I have a home warranty through AHS, as a result they’ve sent out some really bad AC companies to perform work on my home. One such company is Fire and Ice. HORRIBLE experience with them!! ( read that review! ) However, this company is fantastic! They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt. They communicate really well with their customers. Jessica is the receptionist ( I love her! ) she’s so friendly and great about keeping you informed as to when the techs are coming out. Caesar is an amazing technician and so good about explaining everything to you. These guys rock! If you’ve ever had a bad experience with a company you’ll understand my enthusiasm over finding such a great company.
By the way, if you have AHS and live in the Visalia, Tulare, Hanford, Ca area you can request this company for your service needs.

Here's the sad truth mom and I have been without heat for 3 week's tech come out said it was a circuit board and ordered it 2 wks later return to install same problem said the motor was bad who ever replaced it hooked up the wires wrong and then it sorted out the control and motor but then to his supprise the fan motor came on . so then he said pressure switch was bad went to get one a week later he returns with the prs.switch and the control board puts them in and still nother is getting power now and he said he wasn't sure where to go from here.??? My AC unit went out of course in awful heat weather and I called out to Air tech. Spoke with Jessica she is very helpful and courteous. She was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of ASAP. Ceaser the texh diagnosed issue and was back next day with parts, on 10 min my AC unit was back up..

Awful, service. They can't even answer the phone. When I finally got through to the " fill in" receptionist she couldn't provide an appointment date or call me back. After thier "tech " came out to diagnose the issue, he failed to report it to the home warranty co. If you are too busy to address to job, don't take it!!!
