perform? On Sunday, suddenly my AC is not working. The weather was so hot and we have 2 babies. I found Air Tech 24 Heating and Air Conditioning on yelp near me. I called them and asked about my air conditioner issue. Why is my AC running but not Cooling? how do I troubleshoot an AC unit? How do l fix my central air conditioner that is not cooling? And How do I reset my air conditioning unit? The customer service connected me to a technician that his name was Cyrus. He patiently answered all my questions and actually he helped me to fix my AC by the phone because when I described my AC issue he told me if your air conditioner is turn on and your thermostat is set well but your air conditioner is not cooling your out door unit conditioner may be clogged and he told me how can I clean and temporarily service the condenser . It was great. I really appreciate their kindness and honesty. I really recommend this nice gentleman to everyone in my neighborhood.

This is forth time that I use Air Tech 24 Heating and Air Conditioning. The first initial Quote meeting for a residential package unit installation was quite and quick. The technician explained my options without any sales pressure So I felt I could easily trust them.
After that I used them three times for my work place cooling systems issues. All three technicians JR, Sean, and Ben did their best to repair my HVAC Units (A/C Condenser and Furnace). In all cases, they found the issue at the same time and fix it right away. I

The gentleman by the name of Farzan was absolutely amazing. He actually spend like one hour after his shift was over to really look into my heater unit and making sure that everything was working properly!
