When my old furnace went out, I googled several heating & a/c companies, searching for ones with good reviews. I came across Air Tech 24 Heating & A/C, which had a 5 star rating & lots of outstanding reviews. I called & spoke to a friendly receptionist, who arranged for Cyrus to come out that same day. Cyrus arrived on time and since my a/c also needed to be replaced, he quoted me a fair & reasonable price for replacement/installation of both systems & he & J.R. came out that same week & did the installations. I want to add that Cyrus is honest & professional, has a great personality and excellent customer service skills. He & J.R. made sure that the work area was left neat and free of debris. Cyrus and the team were excellent. I shopped around and their service and prices were by far the best. In fact, in an emergency (my family was freezing cold) they were there within hours ready to work. They got the equipment quickly and were done faster than estimated. Cyrus is a true technician that understands systems and Codes and made sure that everything was up to par. They never pressured a sale and always followed up immediately when I had questions. True professionals that we even spotless and mindful about wearing masks. HIGHLY recommend.

Technician, Cyrus , came over at the time I was told . Actually a little earlier, which was great. Checked out our system, figured out the problem and gave me an estimate. Had to return because part had to be ordered. Didn’t have to pay the full amount till job was completed. Returned as soon as he got the part. Kept me posted on what was going on. He returned to do the work with another technician and I was impressed on how tidy and clean everything was once they left. Never had anyone go in and out of attic and not leave a mess. I asked Cyrus if I could call my husband at work so he could explain everything done.
Kept his card and will have this company service the unit once a year.

The price was economical and the quality of the service was exceptional. I’m very thankful for hired Air Tech 24 for my air conditioning and heating repair service needs. Very professional, showed up on time. My furnace bit the dust. They came out, tested, and determined that the system needed to be replaced. The manifold was leaking CO into the flow. It was a 20+ year old system whos time had come. They told me it would be up to two weeks, as they had to order the new unit. However, they got the order early and scheduled within a week. Very prompt and installed in the amount of time they stated. There were no hidden price surprises. They quoted and that is what I paid. They clean up after the job was done. I'm happy! Heater works great now and more efficient than the old system.
