Air Tech 24 Heating and Air Conditioning

Our 16 year old furnace was not firing properly, and we called for service and were able to obtain a service appointment quickly. The service technicians pinpointed the issues (improper installation by another HVAC service provider), had the equipment for the repair, and got the system working efficiently again. We had air filter replacements on hand, so they could make the replacement (which we do annually) at that time. I will have them make annual inspections from here on out. We will likely need a new system in a year or so.

The company that had installed my air conditioning unit 3 years ago had done an inadequate job at balancing air flow and properly sealing the added ducts. Half my house would be properly cooled or heated while the other half was not. I contacted Air tech 24 HVAC and Cyrus came out to inspect and give me an estimate. Within two days the actual crew was at my house and proceeded to replace six 40 year old ducts and the distribution unit while ensuring that all major ducts had adjustable airflow registers. They accomplished the work well within the estimated time in a very efficient and clean approach. The lead tech, Armando, was outstanding to work with and in communicating issues and progress. At the completion of the task, he walked me through the adjustment options and worked with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with the air flow to all parts of the house. His cleanup after the task completion was amazing. I strongly recommend this company and especially Armando and Cyrus.

They came and set it up for me and the heaters were working perfectly! And the people were really friendly!

First, their customer service is standing at a distinguished level of a professional team. These guys have changed a 25 years old split system to the new system with furnace, coil, and condenser with a 10-year warranty. They did the best possible quality work, as seen in the pictures, and they are highly recommended. You even do not need to vacuum your loft!

Cyrus helped me fix my AC unit when it randomly died out this was all at around 930 at night and he happily came and helped and fixed my unit

They came over and fixed PERMANENTLY the loud noise it was making, I had other companies fix before but the problem stayed. If ever I have a problem I'll come back. 10/10

Wanted to leave a review after having a successful repair and experience with Air Tech 24. Cyrus went out of his way to explain each step of the repair and was very honest about the whole process. Although my AC had a very tricky leak on an older unit he was able to repair it for the time being. My AC is on its last leg but he was straight forward about my options and the risks of repairing vs buying a new unit. I feel I was able to make the best choice for the time being. My AC and it is working great and I'm grateful to him. Thank you Air Tech 24!

Honest advice and responsive. We had our furnace, compressor, and ductwork completely replaced and our new climate control system works fantastic now. Very satisfied with their work.
