I highly recommend 24 hour heating and air conditioning Inc. This group is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely sincere in their customer service. Cyrus and his team came in, inspected our unit, explained what work needed to be done, and wrote up a proposal on the spot. Within a week they arrived on time of our scheduled appointment, and competed the job in a timely fashion. Each member of his team was courteous professional and diligent in their work. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the end of the installation. They were able to schedule an appointment for a quote immediately. They arrived timely with his mask on (safety first). They gave me a quote and explained all that was included in the quote. I told him that I would be getting 2 other quotes before making my decision. No pressure. He was confident that he was giving me the best deal.

Cyrus was on time and very professional. He was friendly and honest. I asked him about replacing heater for my townhome. Prices for services are reasonable and warranty is included (got 10 year warranty). I am very satisfied with the level of service I received. I would like to say that we need more businesses like this! Extremely professional, honest, and prompt! Had a couple of bids before where the competitors (branded companies) were charging twice as much for half of the service. When I made my appointment for a service call, a gentleman by the name of Cyrus stopped by to inspect the AC unit. He explained everything after the inspection and gave out a quote for the service. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail and explained the timeframe for the parts that needed to be ordered. All I can say he overdelivered his promises and provided a professional and excellent service.
