Air Tech 24 Heating and Air Conditioning

Cyrus was really wonderful. Our system stopped working on a Friday night and he came out at a moment’s notice Saturday at noon, right at the beginning of the 12-2 window. The quality of service was great, Cyrus checked filters, vents, intake and the units outside. He replaced a capacitor, fixed a leak and refilled the freon. He was thorough, friendly and very transparent. It was a great experience. We’ll definitely be giving Air Tech and Cyrus more business in the future.

It was the first time I've used this company Air Tech 24 .They were incredibly responsive, and the technician is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He even called me 30 mins before his arrival, which I appreciated so much. I will surely use this company again for sure and recommend it to my friends and relatives.

They gave me a 24 hour response window and responded within that time frame. They were professional and maintained Covid-19 protocols. Cyrus and his team did a very thorough job, taking their time to do it right. They took out the old 20-year system and installed a new one, and we're very pleased with the outcome. Sean was an excellent technician. He arrived right on time on a few visits. He explained things very well and got the job done very efficiently. He cleaned everything up properly. His partner Victor was also the same. Very nice people and i am very satisfied. Also when i had an issue (nothing serious but needed help) they responded quickly and came to check things out and stayed to put everything proper. i highly recommend.

Air Tech was great to work with. They were responsive, professional, organized, and quick. I was able to get Cyrus (technician) to come and give me a quote right away for a new AC and heating system, and the quote was extremely competitive. Just for a frame of reference, I had 10+ other companies provide quotes as well. Cyrus never tried to sell us and was very transparent the whole time. He was efficient, whereas other companies would try to meander and up-sell. The installation went very well. Cyrus and his crew came in, installed the units as discretely as possible, tested everything, and cleaned up afterwards. I'm very happy with Cyrus and AirTech, and would definitely recommended them.

I requested to clean, air conditioner maintenance and full tune-up on Heat Pump AC unit. While they had a special tune-up AC offer. I am very pleased with Matthew and JR service. Before technicians did tune-up AC on my Air conditioner unit, Tech supervisor (Matt) was explaining what issues were happened and he would fix them. Finally I found a honest HVAC company and technicians that I can trust to all their words and services. They are the best Heating and Air Conditioning Company near me for me!
