Vic has fixed my A/C twice. Both times he was able to come out when I really needed him. He explained everything so I knew exactly what happened with my system and what he did to repair it. He knows his stuff and he's very honest. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Alpha Air did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. They were very responsive and repaired the unit quickly on the same day.

Called Alpha for an AC problem the unit wasn't working properly and not cooling. They came out fixed my unit in a fast timely manner and were very reasonably priced, Service was awesome, no mess and now super cool house whenever needed. I was looking for local places and called them up for a quote. They were very informative and responded quickly. After a few other quotes I decided to go with them and I don't regret it! They're very professional and responsible. Everything that I asked was explained to me. It took them a week to remove and replace my HVAC system and it works better than I thought. If I ever had a problem, I just called them and they were over right away to fix the problem and make sure everything was in working order!

Vatchik fixed our old AC unit a couple summers ago, and this year installed a mini-split ductless system in two rooms. Both times the work was great, on-time, and professional. My wife and I had a great experience with Alpha AC & Heating this summer. The AC in our two-story townhome had completely stopped working two years prior. We had three different AC companies come out to inspect and give us an estimate. All of them said we needed an entirely new unit and new ducts, and the estimates were way beyond what we could afford. Then when the heat got unbearable this summer, we asked around and someone recommended I contact Alpha. Within a couple days, Vachik and Nick came out to take a look, and to my very pleasant surprise, said the all-in-one unit was in overall good shape, but needed a new condenser. The unit was also completely out of refrigerant. By the time they left a few hours later, our AC was working perfectly and our home was cool upstairs and downstairs. On top of that, the very reasonable price they quoted before they did the work was exactly what the job cost! Before they left, Nick even replaced the AC filter and told us how often to change the filters and where to get the best value on filters. I cannot recommend Alpha highly enough.
