We had Alpha install a ductless minisplit system in our house, which had been built without central heating or air. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure to work with the father-son team at Alpha Air Conditioning. Nick, the son, explained everything to us really well, gave us a very fair price, and worked with us to create the installation plan. We had some scheduling challenges on our end, and they were nothing but patient and flexible in working with us through it. Now we have a nice, cool house during these summer triple digit heat waves. It feels like magic. They are a small business who really care about their clients and give their all. Highly recommend.

Decades we had lived in a home that had no central AC and heating. Until our son recommended Alpha's services. Nick and Vic provided us with excellent efficiency in installing ours and we are grateful to have been given the means of enjoying our winters without a chill or complaint. Our past summer was extremely pleasant as well, especially when having friends and family over.

Had Nick come out to perform a regular maintenance service and did a fantastic job. Spent the whole time on the roof with him and he was happy to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional!

I was expecting to get an estimate on how much it would cost. I was not expecting to be charged over $100 for the visit that was less than 1 hour. I will not be using this business again.

Alpha Air Conditioning & Heating is an outstanding family (father and son) owned and operated HVAC company, and an Elite Dealer of a leading brand in this area. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Selecting Vic and his son Nick and their company, Alpha Air, to install a new 5 Ton A/C and heating system, including all new ducts and vents, was the best decision I have made. I was impressed by Vic and Nick’s knowledge and expertise as well as their dedication and the joy of doing the hard work. Vic’s initial assessment of what is entailed in the job, followed by a very detailed proposal, and his friendly and captivating personality were what you expect of a first class contractor. The job started on time and progressed according to plan. Vic insisted on adding and replacing parts that were found either defective or too old. Now that the job is completed the new system’s performance exceeds all our expectations. It is worth noting that when I found out that Alpha Air installs tank-less hot water heaters I asked Vic and Nick to do that, too. Communication by phone, text messaging and email were prompt. A Five-Star rating is an understatement for these guys!

Nick and Vic were both very polite, professional and experienced. I am disabled and they were very accommodating to my situation. They needed a part that wouldn't be available until after the weekend but they went the extra mile and located the part somewhere else and had my furnace repaired the next day. I highly recommend this company. They're local and care about the community. Great guys.

As soon as the last heatwave hit I knew finding a good and honest AC company to fix my unit was going to be difficult. I stumbled across Alpha AC and was pleasantly surprised the moment I called in. Vic had an idea what was going on with my unit during the call. When they arrived at my house they assessed the problem which turned out to be just maintenance related. My AC is now running great and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Highly recommend and great service!
