Vick and his son Nick did a great job installing central AC on our home. Compared with other quotes, the end result with Alpha Air was a unit with greater efficiency and at a lower cost thanks to incentives around replacing gas furnaces. The System on the outside is very low profile, and amazingly quiet. They took care to explain each decision along the way. I'm hugely impressed with the results and would recommend their service to a friend. For reference, this unit was used on a space ~850 sq ft.

This has nothing to do with Alpha Air, but now that we have an electric heating not natural gas our Power bill has dramatically increased.

When we found out we needed to replace our HVAC unit and re-do the existing ductwork, we were initially concerned about the complexity and price associated with the job. Alpha was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from when they shared the quote through the end of the install. Nick took time to walk through the quote with us, explaining different options we had for our system, which helped inform our decision-making. Nick also redesigned our ductwork to get air flow to all rooms in the house, something we never had before. Throughout the installation, Nick kept us informed regularly of what they were doing, what challenges they encountered and how they proposed to fix them. We really appreciated this level of communication. The final install looks clean and professional and it works like a dream.

Had them come out to do a repair, he recommended we exchange the system it was over 15 years old and it kept messing up. He gave an estimate and was in my house ready to work 3 days later. Complete job took only 3 days thank you

Alpha air recently installed a split air hvac system with new ducting in my home (July 2022). Nick and his father and their assistant were very professional, clean, honest and knowledgeable. Our air conditioning broke and it was over 90 degrees in our home. They went above and beyond and brought us a portable a/c unit to use until they finished. They made us feel very comfortable and answered all questions we had throughout the install. I recommend to the highest degree.
