    I am the owner of apartment buildings. I was using a few different companies to do maintenance and installation most of the time getting ripped off.
    Oh, and friend of mine head telling me about LA STANDARD, HVAC and I decided to give them a call!
    I’ll tell you what! that’s the best decision I ever made!
    The company is doing maintenance for me and installations, and I am very satisfied with LA STANDARD.
    I got one thing to say the owner is a great guy Arter keep up the good work and thank you!

    These guys were absolutely terrible. I have a home warranty that called them as one of their preferred vendors, and it took them 5 days before they can make the first appointment. After arriving the technician concluded that there was some kind of programming error with our system, but wouldn't discuss it beyond that. I have now called five times to the company where they are telling me that they are waiting for the technicians report on the first four calls and that went on for about 2 weeks. Now, today at the fifth call somebody in the office tells me that there's nothing wrong with my system and the case is closed. He says if I want to talk to anybody for a second opinion I have to call the home warranty, but there's nothing they are going to do about it. They have never called me back once they have never communicated, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

    This company was assigned by Old Republic Home Warranty to service an HVAC unit at one of my properties. The unit had not been cooling for a week. One of their techs came out, measured the temperature of the air and said "everything is fine." We knew this was not the case. A week later, the system completely gave out. We got a 2nd opinion and they informed us the compressor was out! I called this company to have them come back and re-inspect the unit on a "call back" call but they refused to do so! Very unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing.

    This company installed a brand new Carrier Air Conditioning system, after a few months when the weather got cold, the heater stopped working. Company was notified of the problem, the technician showed up but he did not do anything and he said the owner or manager of the company will contact you, I have not heard from anyone for the past 3 weeks, I left a few messages and texted the manager, but no return call or follow up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could have a -0- star or negative I would have given that.

    Absolutely terrible. If you want someone to show up, do nothing and leave, this is the company to call. No surprise, the dispatcher is also rude and unhelpful.

    This place sucks.They initially came out to work on our heater and it stopped working properly shortly after. Have left several messages and they never call back. Don’t bother with them. Save yourself the trouble and go with somebody else.

    Been waiting three months now to fix hear. Absolute worse experience I’ve ever had and I own 17 properties. Never have I worked with a business the poor in all my home repairs. This was through American Home Shields who approved the repair. Please do not use. I plan to pay this week and cancel the American home shields. Not worth 1500 repair to be Witt out heat for 3 months

    The technician Vladimir was real expert in the HVAC field, so excellent technicuan. He analyzed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it right away. He was so professional and his manner also was so good & polite. I think the LA Standard HVAC Inc. should be so proud of having him as an employee.

    Technician did not even open up the unit. Left after 2 minutes and said maybe just install a new unit. This is the second time they have been out we called. The unit will cut out for a few hours and come back on. Told us to call back when it cuts out. We called the and they told up to call somebody else and get another opinion. Very unprofessional
