VP Plumbing & Air Conditioning

These people were dispatched from my insurance company. I waited four days for them for an appointment. They were supposed to show between nine and noon, and when they didn’t, I called their office to find out what happened. The Office phone was answered with “ hello? Who is this?” when I asked them what happened to the appointment Vic said the technician (Jack) tried to call me a few times and when I didn’t answer he abandoned the job. I asked him why he wouldn’t try to leave me a message or text. no answer. I asked for the techs phone number and was told
“he probably won’t answer because he’s long gone.”
I called my insurance company and asked for a replacement. I would never use an unreliable and unprofessional business like this one.

Nope. The guy came out and charged us $300 for freon that we didn't need. AC was still not working when he left. Argumentative, not very bright and I haven't need able to find a license number so I assume he isn't licenced.

Look elsewhere for your ac needs.
