We are so happy with our AC. The technician was very approachable and easy to deal with.

Our air conditioner started blowing warm air on a hot July Saturday. A tech came out and was very professional, transparent, and informative about the state of our air conditioner and the services he recommended. Couldn't be happier with the service provided and timeliness. I would recommend them to anyone seeking service.

Saturday night our air starts blowing hot air. We had plans to host a family gathering on Sunday! It was not cool! I called Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning and the air was blowing cold in time for our function! They are honest, reliable and really GOOD at delivering with them!

They replaced our AC & furnace in 2018 do great work - today during a cold snap the heat kept shutting off - called - repair person here in less than 2 hours as promised and thankfully a minor repair. Love these guys.

As always they were on time, very efficient and very professional. The professional was on time, was very friendly and spent time to answer my questions.

I had them out to service the furnace and they found two parts that tested weak. The tech was clear about what the parts were responsible for within the system and his quote and he had them in his van and was able to replace them quickly.

Couldn’t have asked for any better, very respectful of my home in Simi, they showed up on time, early AM... sooo happy my A.C. is kicking cold air, it is hot outside!
