Great customer service! We noticed a problem with our Fujitsu ductless heating system a year after installation and Mark came right out to diagnose and fix it, all under the very generous warranty. He also installed a little wireless device that lets us program custom heating timing for our bedroom - all from our smartphones. Everything is working well, the house feels great and we're saving a ton of money with the ductless system compared to our old baseboard heating. Creative Climate Heating and Air conditioning did a fantastic job for us last year installing a Daikin ductless air conditioning system over a two-day period. Best provider is Creative Climate Heating and Air conditioning. Communication was good. They wore shoe protection and visqueened off floors and furniture to shield from damage . Service was prompt which was excellent considering family was coming into town and work was completed prior to their arrival. There was a small exposed hole in the drywall we noticed beneath the wall unit and they came out to fix it immediately. Overall a nice experience. Actually, called them back to look into servicing my gas fireplace. Recommended business for your heating and cooling needs

The team of Creative Climate Heating and Air conditioning answered any and all questions and staff even took a couple extra minutes to vacuum my couch after we had to take it apart to get it out of their way. Their customer service, knowledge and friendliness were outstanding and I would recommend these two guys for installation in particular.

I should note here that this business didn't end up installing our new furnace, but the customer service was superb which I thought was worth reviewing in and of itself. I initially reached out to staff of Creative Climate Heating and Air conditioning for a quote on a new furnace install. I really appreciated the way he moved forward with a few pictures and details shared electronically to provide a quote (vs scheduling an onsite visit). I'm not sure this works in every case, but it did in ours and that was a huge plus. Very reasonable for a quality brand.
