I had a wonderful experience with Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning. My experience started with a very friendly woman who took my call and made my appointment (sorry I didn't get her name), they got me in quickly and the time given was exact. Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning tech called and texted me to let me know he was on his way - he had on a mask and social distanced. He explained everything that he was doing, he was extremely friendly and after a quick fix we were good to go. They have a new repeat customer!

I called the company to schedule an estimate and was given one the following day. He seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was going to send some technicians out to do the work but I requested with him if he could do the work rather than the technicians. He easily agreed, which made me feel comfortable given that he seemed to know what needed to be done and how. The work was done as scheduled and within a few hours. Awesome service! Called later in the evening because our air conditioning unit was leaking water and within one hour I had a technician at my house! My intake phone call was taken by a very nice woman who assured me a tech would be arriving shortly. Our tech was super! Polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning to my family and friends in CA.

I can't say enough how great this company is and how great they treat their customers from the initial call to the technicians that come out to your home. Not only did they not try to sell me something I didn't need they offered me see tips on how to keep my two units working better longer. So grateful for their quick response... my kids were up all night because the AC was out and it was still 80 degrees outside, I called first thing in the morning, they hey were able to send a tech out to my home in canyon country within 1.5 hrs, now my AC is working great thank u.
