It's always great finding an ethical contractor you can trust. Whenever I hire plumbers or electricians I always feel like I'm being taken for a ride, and my wallet is worst off for it.

That's not the case with Mike. His prices are fair and he won't push unnecessary repairs just to line his own pocket.

If anyone has any HVAC needs I highly recommend using Mike. I will continue to use him for all my A/C needs in the future!

I had Mike come over to do some preventive maintenance on my HVAC system and we couldn’t be happier. He was friendly and efficient and not only that he made some good money saving suggestions going forward. It’s comforting for homeowners to have people you can rely on. We will definitely have him back for maintenance on our furnace before next winter and if we need actual repairs work in the future.

I called and asked Mike if he could conduct a cleaning on my condenser as we had recently purchased our home and wanted to see if there were any glaring issues.

Mike was always quick to answer any calls or texts, was communicative and followed up, was on time and did great work. Upon completion he was thorough on his findings and didn’t push any products on us to “upgrade” our system which is always a relief.

I can’t say enough terrific things about Mike Miller. He’s my Go-To guy for any and all HVAC-related items. He’s done fantastic work at three properties: my home, a rental home, and my mom’s home. All are located in Santa Clarita, CA. Mike is always professional, responsive, fair and very reasonable. He knows his stuff and he takes genuine pride in his work.

I had tried 2 other HVAC companies and they both couldn’t figure out exactly what the problem was but wanted to do everything from replacing the motherboard to a complete replacement. Mike came over the same day I called him, fixed it quickly, and it only cost $185 including labor and parts. Mike was awesome!!!

Mike was very knowledgeable. In describing the issue he knew right wawy what happened. When he explained the problem and why it happened he took the time to educate and explain things to me, and did not talk down to me just because ofy gender.
