HILO Aire should be your first call when looking into your HVAC system! Chris is the consummate professional… honest, prompt, and friendly. Hilo doesn’t try to upsell you, or sell you options that don’t make sense for your house. He came and inspected our system, to find out that it was severely underpowered for the size of the house. He made sure he showed us options, but gave us a straightforward recommendation of what we actually needed to be comfortable and lower our cooling bills, without pushing the most expensive options, which is all too common. He even made sure we knew about updated California HVAC mandates that may need to be addressed. Installation was swift and very tidy, and the system is better than we could have hoped for. You would be hard pressed to find a better company if you’re in need to HVAC work! Highly recommend HILO!

He conducted a thorough analysis on my system, and provided me with multiple options on the spot. A week later he sent a crew out for the install and the crew were extremely professional & quick, in and out in 1 day. Hilo Aire exceeded my expectations. I struggled for 6 months with no AC and no heat, waiting for my home warranty company to figure out the system’s problem.
Once I contacted Hilo Aire they were able to accommodate my schedule for an evening appointment and arrived equipped to inspect the system including the rooftop condenser. Hilo Aire went above and beyond!!!! We had an issue with our air conditioning and have small babies. On a weekend he was willing to immediately walk us through it so we could get our kids comfortable and not have to wait. Hands down the best company I have ever used! I decided to upgrade and re-install a new ac unit and heater. My house is pretty old so I knew upon looking for a company it would be pretty pricey. First off…Customer service was amazing. They were honest, dependable, AFFORDABLE, and no stress. Chris and his team were the best. Willing to work with you and very honest in the pricing. I couldn’t believe what an amazing price I was getting compared to the other places I got quotes from and the customer service you even can’t compare. Aside from that the work is 10/10!!. SECOND TO NONE!!! From the time I contacted this team until the handshake upon completion of my HVAC systems, I had a smile on my face! The professionalism of owner, sales team, and installers couldn’t have been better. Great pricing from quote that no one could come close to, to the quickness and quality of work I received. Even ran into a snag of no 220 in my attic with conversion from electric from gas, didn’t stop them. Problem solved without a hitch!
