    These guys are the BEST! I have been using Tarpy for about a decade. My parents use them, my business uses them and I always recommend them. I am always impressed at the friendliness of there techs and the overall professionalism of their staff. Matt and his crew just upgraded my AC, heater and water heater to work with my solar. They were worked hard, replaced everything and then … get this… they completely cleaned everything they were around. They even SWEPT MY GARAGE FLOOR! Your not going to find a better company. Highly highly recommended.

    I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. I had questions and Tarpy answered them all. In fact, Mark and JD were phenomenal. They provided me with a professional install, answered every question I had, showed up daily on time and worked. I really appreciated how they would explain each step so that I felt comfortable with the install. They even helped me download and connect the app on my phone. Mark and JD are a great team and represent your company very well to the public. I feel like I have gained a couple of friends. I will highly recommend Tarpy to my friends.

    After several estimates, I hired Tarpy to replace my ductwork, furnace, AC and thermostat. I now have a hybrid system (heat pump, furnace and thermostat) which works nicely with my solar panels.
    Paul was the consultant and the installation took.place the same week ! Matthew and Dawson managed and completed the installation in two days, working long days and making sure I was kept informed on each step and answering any questions.
    Everything now works like a charm and I would/will use this company again.

    Tarpy installed two new furnaces and AC units last week and replaced all the duct work I my home. It was a really big job. Removal of the three old units ( yes, three, each one the size of a small car and three AC units) took 2.5 days for two guys, Cole and Ryan. They worked smart, and worked hard, were courteous with each other and me every minute. They had to disassemble units in the hot attic in order to get them out without cutting through drywall. Removal of the old duct work looked brutal - there are 51 vents/registers in my home, two attics, three stories. It took a day and a half. It’s amazing how efficiently they worked, I never got the sense they were rushing. They worked methodically, continuously, and in an organized way all the time. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Each day they showed up on time, and they took a short break to eat something and they worked all day. Cole would give me an update on whether they were tracking on, ahead of or behind schedule everyday.
    Installation of the new duct work and units was an incredible amount of work that they made seem effortless. Again, I was so impressed how genuinely polite they were all the time. By the 5th day there was still a lot of work to do and I figured there was no way the project would wrap up on time. They called for help, which on a Friday afternoon I didn’t expect them to get. But lo and behold, Chuck, Chris and Bryan showed up on Friday afternoon, since they had wrapped up their work for the week earlier that day. I didn’t mean to eavesdrop but I heard two of them had to cancel their existing personal plans in order to help on my house. They never complained, they never treated me with anything other than professionalism and they treated each other with respect. These poor guys were at my house until almost 9 at night on a Friday after a very very long week of work. I can’t say enough about how lovely the crew was - genuinely excellent people. The systems that were installed (Trane systems) are fantastic. I love the peace of mind I have knowing that this investment in our home will provide energy bill and maintenance savings, but I also love the peace of mind I have knowing that the highest caliber of people installed it. I’m grateful to the initial technician, Nicholas, who hand selected Cole and Ryan to work on this job, and after meeting Chuck, Chris, and Bryan who are also excellent, I’m convinced that the Tarpy owners know a thing or two about hiring and retaining good people.

    Our water heater started leaking, so we called Tarpy’s 24/7 number. They called and came out the next day. All staff were courteous and professional, and we have our new water heater. Would highly recommend using Tarpy.

    TARPY is still family-owned and it shows in their level of service and kindness. We saw a TV ad on the morning news for an A/C tune-up special and we called right away. Our TARPY technician, Robert was fantastic. Side note: We did have a different company out the previous year but the inspection turned into a cringy sales pitch instead of an actual preventive maintenance visit. TARPY was different right off the bat. They picked the right person with outstanding character in Robert. He put his boot covers on even after I recommended he didn’t have to. He cleaned up our A/C and gave some recommendations on maintenance for the systems. We ended up selecting an annual membership so we can call TARPY back for our heating unit preventive maintenance in the winter at no extra cost. Our units are old and we know they’ll need replacing in the next few years, but Robert didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want right now. When our systems finally do need replacement, we’ll be calling TARPY to get it done.

    Our air went out and Tarpy was able to come out the next morning. Cody was our technician and he was kind, quick, and explained things well. Tarpy honored the warranty from the previous owners of our house (we recently bought our house in the last year). They are honest folks as we were unsure when the unit had been replaced/services last. Highly recommend!
