Shout out to Robert Stilwell! He was just here to perform yearly maintenance on the HVAC system and he was great. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Super considerate too! He wore boot covers which I really appreciated since we don’t wear shoes in the house, and he even made sure to whisper when my 4.5 month old was napping. Highly recommend. Thanks again, Robert!

We thought we had a leak in our pipes but turns out we just needed to replace one part and it was an easy fix so we appreciated how honest and helpful this company’s personnel is. Tarpy to the rescue! An error code on our 8 month old tankless water heater led us to contacting the manufacturer who, after troubleshooting, informed us it had been installed incorrectly and was a danger to our family. They referred us to their approved list of servicers in the area and that is how we found Tarpy. Called on a Friday and the receptionist/scheduler was helpful and professional, and scheduled someone to come out first thing Monday morning. The plumber, Gabriel, was also very professional, called when he was on his way, and showed up on time. He immediately confirmed the red flags that the manufacturer pointed out plus more. He helped us to come up with the most practical solution and came back first thing the following day to remove the tankless unit and install a water tank that was more suitable for our home. Gabriel was knowledgeable, took pride in his work, and was a fantastic communicator. He was upfront regarding pricing. He went above and beyond to help us out in a very unfortunate situation.

Finally on install David and Chris were absolutely fabulous. On the hottest day of the year they installed both the heating and the air in one day ! They were both extremely considerate of my home, my dog and my time. They did a perfect install and then cleaned up before leaving. They also explained the system to me and gave me all of the documents associated. I highly recommend this group.

Tarpy's technician, Joshua, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered our questions about our new furnace and explained some of the complexities of the heating system. Dawn, office coordinator, was also very responsive and professional in scheduling our appointment.
