Tarpy was great! Friendly, easy to talk to, simple to book both an initial estimate as well as the actual work. They were flexible with me when I needed to change the appointment a couple of times, and did the work quickly and professionally. Happy to work with them, and I will no doubt call them again in the future for any plumbing, AC, or heating needs!

I used Tarpy for 2 jobs over the last month. The first was installing a new A/C unit in one of my homes and the 2nd was to install 4 Mitsubishi mini-split units. One of the reasons that I chose Tarpy was because of the many great reviews I saw so I will add to that. Very professional, with a well-trained, competent and friendly group of installers. Having their own people qualified to do the electrical work made my life much easier. One of their managers (Dan) even fixed a potential issue with my heater that he noticed while doing a final check...no charge. Great experience from the consultation all the way through the install. Jared was very knowledgeable and talked us through all of our options. Nothing was pushed on us, but he worked with us so that we were able to get everything that we wanted. Eric and his crew were professional and efficient. They were able to work around my schedule and were very considerate of my kids at home. They let us know about any issues with the install and were very honest and clear with our options. They kept saying that their number one priority was making sure we were happy and we were getting what we wanted. The job became more extensive than we originally thought, but they worked hard and got it done in a very timely manner.

When other company’s were backed up over the Thanksgiving Holiday, Tarpy’s was able to come out the same day to diagnose our RUUD water heater issue. We were relieved it was a sensor and we didn’t need a whole new water heater. They gave us the option to save money by sourcing the part ourselves. We opted for them to source the part because we wanted hot water back immediately. They found the part the same afternoon, picked it up for us, and came back to repair the water heater by morning. Awesome company! Tarpy did a complete HVAC system at my condo 14 years ago. There was not a single issue with any of the components or workmanship. I did have them do a complete service and install an Ecobee Thermostat. I love the mobile app for controlling my home. Tarpy just replaced my condenser and did a great job with that as well. I did have one of the owners actually bid and over see all of the work done at my home. Scott and the entire team show tremendous care and concern for the customer. Tarpy is a great company. They always come out when I need them. After my 3rd visit of them suggesting I need a whole new system, I finally pulled the plug and I'm glad I did. The process was quick and easy. They gave me a good deal and treated me more like family then a cilent. Chris, JD and Ozzie where awesome the day of install. Jared came out and gave me a run down of what was wrong and what my options were. A few days later Keegan and Matthew did a great job replacing my busted furnace. They were professional and did quality work quickly. They also made sure that a drywall team came out to fix up minor blemishes that occurred during the job. Great experience all around.
