UPDATE 8/17/2020: Tarpy has gone out of its way to make me a happy Tarpy customer! After the AC was installed, we noticed that one of our vents was not pushing air through it, well it was but it was very light.
I called and Jared came out and recommended increasing the vent size. Tarpy took care of everything! I didn’t have an extra expense, they just wanted me happy!
Arty and Chris were scheduled to perform the recommended fixes. Both Arty and Chris were polite, respectful and very nice. They performed the tasks and now I get the amount of air that exceeds my expectations! I am so happy that I chose Tarpy. I doubt another company would have gone above and beyond to make a customer as happy as Tarpy has done for me! This was all taken care of within a week!

When looking for an honest, hard-working company who puts customers first to provide heating and AC service, it is an absolute MUST to check out Tarpy!

From the moment Jared arrived at my home he was incredibly patient with all my questions, respectful and was very honest. After an inspection, we sat down to discuss our options. He took his time to answer my questions and went over the options. After making a decision at 5:30 pm on Friday, Jessica was available to assist over the phone. Jared contracted Scott, the owner, to help us with getting the best deal ever! The Ken the scheduler was supposed to call on Monday but called to schedule installation at 6 pm on Friday! It seemed like the ENTIRE company was ready to assist me. That made me feel like an important and valued customer. After waiting for 11 years to get air conditioning it made me feel confident in the decision I made to go with Tarpy. Thank you Tarpy, Jarod, Scott, Jessica and Ken. You have made my dream of having air conditioning come true! I can’t thank you enough!

Steve and James did the install of my new duct, heater and AC. They both were respectful, polite and patient. Plus they were always on time kept me up to date on what they were working on and kept me involved in decisions. Steve was just amazing, he would still what he was doing to answer my questions, and would take the time to explain things when I didn’t understand. Plus they are both just very nice guys and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Very friendly and efficient service. Tech was great!!

Ken was a very responsive salesman. Worked really well with my changing demands and provided me with the best setup for my needs. Install team was knowledgeable and took the time to make things right and look good. Happy I went with Tarpy!

Tarpy was everything you want in a professional company, both management and crew. They were on time and on budget, with a quality product and attentive installation. The technicians were polite, showed up with clean clothes and protective booties. They laid down clean drop clothes for the removal of the old furnace and install of the new. They got to work and didn't stop until they were in their truck 2 hours later, on their way to their next project. I highly recommend Tarpy if you are looking for caring pros in the industry, who will exceed your expectations.

The degree of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Hernan Gamino was outstanding and worthy of much praise. Hernan methodically conducted troubleshooting of our entire HVAC system and conducted a very thorough diagnostic evaluation to ensure that our system was running at maximum efficiency. It was truly a pleasure to meet him and to have him work on our HVAC system, as well as to be educated on our system’s operation. Will ask for Hernan again and we will recommend Tarpy and Hernan to everyone we can.

Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the job he did for us.

Starting with Cody who came and accessed what we needed to be done to solve the cooling issue to Cole and Matt that did the install the entire experience was very professional and high quality.
Not only are we happy with the outcome but we are extremely pleased with the guys. I dont like to leave vendors at home unattended but unexpectedly had to run out for a bit and felt completely comfortable leaving them.
We called Tarpy based on a recommendation from a friend and would recommend them to family and friends.

We had an outstanding experience with Tarpy. We were given six estimates to choose from. We picked one that was our best option. The price was right! And a week later They replaced our HVAC and vents and ductwork in the attic in 2 days. Chuck , Keegan and his team were on time explained everything they were doing and worked non stop.
