Chris was our technician, we were having an ac tune up to make sure our ac was working fine before the summer.
Chris called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he showed up, he was very professional and explained what he was going to do and started working. He would let me know if he noticed anything and explained everything to me in a clear and precise way. I was very happy with the service provided by Chris and the company Allegiance heating and air conditioning. I will definitely be calling them back .

The technician said he would get me a quote within a week and it is now 3 weeks later and I still have not received a quote from him. I was going to give them my business but not after this experience.

Allegiance is now my go to company for Heating and A/C. I called based upon a coupon for an A/C tune-up and filter change for a very reasonable price of $69.00. The technician was friendly, easy to communicate with and did an outstanding job, including going to Home Depot to purchase the proper 4" filter my A/C and Heating unit required at no extra charge and with a smile.

He also told me that my A/C unit was working perfectly and that gave me and wife piece of mind as we enter the summer months.

What more can I say but give this company a try and see if you are as satisfied as I am.

Our heat stopped working and it was getting very cold at night. I call Allegiance and they were promt and on time. They had my system working in short order and did a full heating system check up. I have recommended them to my landlord and they will be the company she will use for all of her properties.

I needed a wall furnace to complete work for the sale of property and Allegiance made every effort to get the work finished - and they cleaned everything up too so it looked like no one was there. Their office staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience, the Receptionist Gena was professional as well as the technician he was respectful and went about his job with out me hovering over him. arrived on time and finished on time, I would recommend and use them again
