Great people and great work. Raul and Ryan were very nice when they came to check up our system. They were easy with work with, extremely professional, and polite. They did miss a hole in our system sucking in hot air from our attic but it was very hard to see.

Matthew, HVAC Tech was very professional, helpful, kind and knew what he was doing. He knows his trade very well. He did tune-up and safety inspection

I called Allegiance Heating & Air and right away the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable on what I needed and scheduled a tech to check out our AC unit.
Eddie Perez was on time and very friendly. A well mannered professional young man. He was even very patient with my two year old who kept following him around. He replaced our air filter and tuneup our system. My AC feels a lot colder now and I am finally comfortable in my own home again. Excellent service! We had a problem with an electric fireplace in Downtown San Diego and we needed someone who can get the job done they were referred to me so I gave them a call and before I knew it they came out and handled everything with great customer service. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends or family. Give them a call today they'll take care of you.

We moved into our home in 2020 and we've always been a bit uncomfortable with the temperature in the house. 2 years later the compressor starts to cough and kicking the circuit breaker, causing me to have to reset it every time. In the middle of a hear wave with 2 young kids that's extremely uncomfortable.

We had quite the adventure with home warranty and ended up getting multiple points of view from repairs to replacements for our 18 year old system that was dying.
Allegiance was recommended to me by a neighbor when I had already had a couple of bids but for some reason wasn't convinced, so I called, they scheduled me a few days away.
Andrew came and did a very thorough inspection and review of the current state of our system, including duct work. He was the most honest and direct hvac pro I had spoken with regarding this situation. I appreciated that so so much as he wasn't pushy or speaking in industry terms that I do not understand.
When looking at his bid we really liked the idea of the new system having what is basically an extended warranty with service and parts for 10 years, we were sold! And so we gave the job to allegiance and they worked with me to get the installation and duct work repair done when we were going to be out of the house already.
Overall it was great communication and experience working with Allegiance. After the 2 days it took to complete the work the very next day I texted Andrew: our house felt comfortable the entire day. Didn't get annoyingly hot as the day progressed but because of the new hvac system, that by the way was NOT running full throttle the entire day, only circulating air, the house wasn't an oven! We are so so pleased and happy with the investment we made and that we trusted Allegiance to get the job done. If you're thinking of going with them but doubting because of the cost know you get what you pay for and these guys are 10000% legit, even if not the most inexpensive (but also not the most expensive).
