I hired Allegiance to replace my AC, furnace and ducting in my house. Everything was OLD and undersized. The technicians who replaced all of this handled it within two days. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home, cleaned up at the end of every day and thorough. I am extremely satisfied with the service from Scheduling all the way through the entire process. The quality of the products and the pricing cannot be beat. Thank you so much Allegiance.

Very courteous and professional. Cleaned blown insulation out of heater venting as recommended by SDG&E. I would use this company again.

After 4 days since diagnosed, Call Tech about repair cost, no reply, no returned call. I guess these people are only interested in stalling new equipment instead of trying to repair. Big dollars jobs only. I gave this a 2 stars because they did show up 1 time.

For the AC maintenance check; Raul was great! Called with estimatesd arrival time, texted when close, very friendly and easy to talk to, explained everything he was doing and why or how it effected the system, did a thorough job checking each component, and gave several recommendations on options to fix issues found.
Last year Jun had been our tech and was just as awesome! They have a solid team of technicians who provide consistent experience and support.

David came out on a rainy day to fix my wall heater. He was wearing a mask, then put on booties to protect my flooring before coming in, was extremely cordial, understanding , and courteous. He looked carefully over my heater, and had the problem solved within five minutes! He took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure that all was fixed. It was an extremely pleasurable experience, as well as professional. I couldn’t ask for anything more with a heater repair! 5 ⭐️

A new HVAC System was installed by Allegiance Heating & Air Conditioning. It was inspected by New Earth Energy Specialists and cleared with no problems. The outside unit is quiet so I don't have to worry about the neighbors anymore. I look forward to enjoying the summer months. Thank you to everyone at Allegiance for making this possible.

Julia at office was great - knowledgeable and friendly. Eduardo and main technician (didn't catch his name) provided excellent service when they came to tune-up my hydronic heat pump. Answered all my questions, diligently troubleshot an issue my 20 year old pump was having, and provided valuable info about my intake vent as well.

I knocked off a star, because as a migraineur and allergy sufferer I'd wished they'd forgone the cologne/aftershave. I also need to ask them about a slight adjustment in the cut-to-size filter they set up for me. This won't be a problem as I am most likely having them return for a coil cleaning appointment (separate service)!

I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Allegiance replaced our old AC/furnace systems with modern heat pump system including replacing all the duct work. Chris was great at evaluating our setup and recommending a reasonable system that wasn't going to break the bank. We were surprised at how competitive their quote was compare to other large HVAC companies in SD area. Crew arrived on scheduled date, on time, performed all the work and left the site clean. Whole crew was very professional. System was up and running in two days. All the old equipments and ducts were removed. Overall very happy and will definitely use them for future HVAC and related work. Highly recommend them for HVAC services.
